Dallas Hotels with balcony

Except for the overall price increase during the concert, everything else is pretty good.

I booked a room last minute, but it wasn't available due to full occupancy. The front desk then asked for an additional $200 before I could get a room, which felt like a rip-off. Even though it was a suite, the room felt quite basic and lacked any luxurious feel. However, most hotels in the US are like this, so don't set your expectations too high. Otherwise, just stick to Four Seasons if you want to avoid any disappointments.

This is the first time I've heard of this hotel and it's my first time bundling with it, but it turns out that it's a hotel built by Hyatt. True to Hyatt's reputation, it is a luxury hotel.

Great rebranding of an old boutique hotel next to SMU. Good value and friendly staff

Had a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and it was really Excellent for our needs. The pool was great. The food was great. The staff were excellent and accommodating to any requests. Location not for from town and heaps of attractions nearby. I typically uber to get around was $20 to $30 USD. We really enjoyed our stay. Dallas is huge so if you don’t have a car expect to pay this for an uber. Comfortable rooms and meet all expectations.

Clean and friendly staff

Was a guest at the Hyatt as part of the ICSC Red River Conference and was very pleased with most of the experience. There were shuttles available that chauffeured participants between the Hyatt and the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, a benefit likely paid for by ICSC but accommodated by the hotel all the same. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was better than average although there were a couple of very small places in the room that could have used more attention. Parking isn't customer friendly, just like everywhere in downtown Dallas: Pay big money for valet service and a parking garage or pay to park on an open, unsecured lot a hundred yards away. The room's HVAC system worked wonderfully, which was great because it was on the west side of the building. The bed was especially comfortable and all of the linens were spotless... Which is always good. Did not get a chance to visit the gym or swimming pool. Did not patronize the restaurant or bar but have had good experiences in both places during past visits. The bottom line: The Hyatt Regency is still a safe bet in Dallas.

Stayed for a few days on a business trip. The facilities were a bit old and mediocre, but not bad for a few days stay. However, if there are other hotels with similar prices nearby, I will go there next time.

In short, so quite absorbed and much is broken. But the reception was very friendly also the employees always very friendly. The first room in the first night was really very bad. See strong cigarette smell and strong sweet grass smell in the room. Not going at all. A exchange next day. Rooms ok. The best not wait at all then everything will be okay. But as said very friendly
