We had a lovely stay. Great location. Clean and very comfortable rooms and we had very large twin beds..so comfy and pillows too. Room 203 had an amazing view and large balcony which we loved. No extra charges for aircon or safe! Breakfast is outstanding..such a choice of fresh and cooked food and a beautiful view from the terrace. Gina and all her family and staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Just as a footnote..if you have mobility issues, walking up the slope from the road to the hotel could be tricky as it's quite steep if you're on foot. However there is loads of room to park your car or bike directly outside the hotel and there is a lift. Swimming pool lovely and clean and pool bar which we didn't use this time as went to the beach (max 10 mins walk away). Very close to supermarket and restaurants..great location and bus stop at the end of the road..easy to get into Corfu town and anywhere else on the island. First time staying in Corfu and could not have chosen a more wonderful hotel. It is situated right on a sandy beach with beautiful views over the Ionian Sea towards Greece. Most of the sunbeds are actually on the beach and are free along with the parasols and waitress service for drinks and snacks!! There was never a rush to get a sunbed as there are plenty to go around. Inside everything is marble, including floors and they have the most amazing gold mirrored lift! In reception and on the outside walls they have beautiful mosaics featuring all the Greek gods and their history. You really do feel that you are in Greece and not just another tourist hotspot. We had a sea view room with a fair sized balcony ( 2 chairs & table and plenty of room to move) The room itself was lovely and had the most comfortable double bed ( free air con as well). Storage space is good and fair sized bathroom with shower. The cleaners came every day unless you requested them not to. The cleanliness in this hotel really stood out - the staff worked hard to make sure that everything was spotless in all areas including the pool. Even saw them working of an evening. We only had a couple of the buffet breakfasts here, as we ate out at a local restaurant for most of the time, but the choice was good and the seating in and out of the restaurant had lovely views out to sea. The staff are a real asset to this hotel, they were always smiling and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My partner managed to cut her toe in the dining area and within seconds a member of staff was there and assessed the injury and had a first aid kit at the ready! unfortunately we did not know her name, but thank you so much for your help that morning - also a big shout out to Ketty & Inesa on reception who were both a ray of sunshine and to Amalia our cleaner who was so lovely and chatty even though there was a bit of language barrier! Within literally a minutes walk you have the main ***** with all the bars, restaurants, gift shops and supermarkets, although in October they are starting to wind down for the end of season. But even in the town the locals are so friendly, welcoming and chatty - most speak English. This hotel is perfect - relaxing - picturesque - comfortable - clean - friendly all you could wish for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be returning next year. Tip: make sure you wear sandals/shoes with good grip as the marble floor can be slippery.

This was my first time visiting Greece and I had a fantastic first experience at Grecotel Eva Palace. I'll start my review with the positives and then include points that are important for those travelling to the hotel and areas where I feel there could be some improvement. Firstly, I really enjoyed the breakfast. I felt there was a good variety and I always enjoy a hotel breakfast where you can get fresh eggs/pancakes and this was something we had. I didn't book all inclusive/half board and had I stayed longer than 3 nights it would be something I would have regretted (more on this later). The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable (pillows could be a little firmer). The hotel was fairly busy when we booked but every time I went to the pool there were loungers available for us (however people do tend to reserve theirs with a towel). I liked the beach tote and beach towels in the room. There was complimentary sparkling wine (I don't drink so I can't say if this was good) and baklava in the room on check in. The pool was large and I really liked the private beach area also. As a general rule the hotel was very beautiful and clean. There is also the added positive of a complimentary shuttle into corfu town (requires booking in advance - taxi's are quite expensive) If you plan on staying here this hotel is fairly remote so dinner options in the area is limited so I would recommend half board/all inclusive. The roads aren't the safest and I did walk to a nearby hotel on the first night and chose to eat at the sister restaurant on the 2nd night. I did feel that I didn't want to explore the area due to how steep and narrow the roads are and how it isn't pedestrianised in the area. The hotel isn't suitable for people with mobility issues/poor mobility as you have to go down some fairly steep steps to reach the pool and a steep road to the private beach (even though it is close). Areas to improve: We arrived an hour before check in and was told our room wasn't available for early check-in but they would try to get us in the room as early as they could. Whilst waiting we were offered some complimentary lemonade and some water. We ended up getting the room 45 minutes after check-in and there was no communication regarding the delay. We would have been more than happy if we had been offered somewhere to change after the flight so we could use the pool whilst waiting for our room. Whilst breakfast was enjoyable some of the ”hot” food in the buffet was actually cold. Lastly, the pool was very cold so to some this can be refreshing but to others you wouldn't really want to use the pool as you couldn't stay in there for long. Alongside the shuttle there is also a water taxi but the timing for this is very limited - can only leave at 9:30 am and return at 2:30am.

We stayed here for a long weekend in June 2023. We had a beachfront room, very spacious with a sliding door separating the main living area from a twin bedded area, ideal for a family. The room was very well appointed and spacious and clean. The restaurants were all very good, quality of food and choice of wine impressive. The breakfast in particular was very good, it was fairly busy when we went but we never had to wait for a table and the breakfast team were super helpful , friendly and efficient in finding us a table. The breakfast was one of the best that we’ve had, a huge array of hot and cold food, I couldn’t think of anything that wasn’t available. The staff throughout the resort were courteous, friendly and helpful. There are sun beds and parasols on the sandy beach which was clean and tidy. The bar area was also welcoming and well appointed. The hotel is a 10-15 walk from a marina that had a few bars and restaurants and about 10-15 in a taxi into Corfu town which has huge array of eateries, shops, bars etc. There is a water taxi at the jetty on the beach that can take you to a number of restaurants, all of which were wonderful. The only minor criticism I would have is that the concierge team seemed a little clueless, not having any restaurant recommendations or even knowledge of the water taxi service which we found a little odd. George on the front desk came to the rescue with information and help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for couples, friends or family and will definitely return.

We stayed for 5 days, and we were very good! The staff is very kind. We must thank Sofia, he literally saved us the holiday! He spoke Italian and he knew how to give us a lot of information about the beaches and the best places to visit, he even printed a map of the island. Breakfast is varied and everything is very good. The hotel is literally two steps from Ipsos, the most crowded area with the rooms that are over the sea.
