Daxinde Tianbianzhai Hotel

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities but they are a bit compact. Cleanliness: Pretty good, already excellent for a guesthouse. Environment: Comes with a large balcony. There are many mosquitoes in Guangxi, so the owner repeatedly reminded us to keep the balcony doors and windows closed. Service: Guangxi people are truly hospitable; everywhere you go, people are polite and enthusiastic. Location: The hotel is super close to the scenic area entrance, the location is truly excellent and convenient.

I've never had a bad experience booking a room on Ctrip, but I really have to complain about the rude front desk lady at this place. She was impatient the whole time, speaking in a demanding and lecturing tone. She even ordered us to go downstairs for afternoon tea in 5 minutes, then called to rush and scold us for not being on time. We're here to travel, not for military training! We had just arrived and entered the room, couldn't we take a rest and unpack? What's the rush? Afternoon tea isn't something that gets cold or spoils easily. We paid to have a happy trip, not for you to vent your negative emotions. Cons: The landlady at the front desk had a terrible service attitude (impatient); the bathroom didn't have a wet/dry separation, so most of the shower water flowed all over the toilet area, posing a slipping hazard; the comforter was thick and heavy. Pros: 5-minute walk to the scenic area; spacious interior; even though there's a restaurant downstairs, I didn't smell any strong cooking odors; the room was generally clean; the shower had good water pressure and no drain smell; a bonus was an extra sofa compared to the online pictures, which was nice.

Fantastic location! It's only a 2-minute walk to the scenic area entrance, and there are tons of great food options nearby. The room was clean with no strange odors, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The only downside was that there was no window, and the living room lights couldn't be completely blocked out, making it a bit too bright.

The only good thing is its proximity to the scenic area, which is convenient. As for service, let's not even talk about it – there was basically none. For nearly 700 yuan a night, we only got 4 bottles of water, and they wouldn't give us more. Breakfast was limited to two sets, and there was nothing for kids. The lights in the room kept flickering and couldn't be turned on properly. The value for money is very low. If you're only staying one night, I'd recommend finding a cheaper place nearby; there's no need to choose something this expensive.

The room was clean and tidy, close to the waterfall. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations and directions for the surrounding area. It's a highly recommended hotel, simply wonderful!

We were very happy with the room. The front desk lady was super nice and gave us great tips on what to do and where to go. We were on a road trip and had originally booked for two nights, but she suggested we cancel one night and explore other places, which was a great idea!

Had to change hotels last minute, but this one was a pleasant surprise! It's right next to the scenic area, just a few minutes' walk to Detian Waterfall. The room was spacious and quite clean, and the decor is well-maintained. It came with two large beds! Downstairs, there are snack shops all around, which is super convenient. The owner was really welcoming, proactively helped with our luggage, and showed us to the free parking. Plus, there's coffee and afternoon tea available! Highly recommend!

Great location, right by the waterfall exit. The room was clean and tidy. The owner even gave us a complimentary fruit and snack platter. And at check-out, they made us two coffees.
