環境：巨臟巨臟巨臭 牆壁是發黴脱落的，廁所窗簾也是發黴的 還有尿騷味 怎麼都洗不掉 地毯也是發黴黑黑的的 那個拖鞋啊 巨臟 床上還有蟑螂 沒一會就退房了 太臟了受不了 根本沒辦法睡
服務：前台也是直接躺沙發睡著了 叫都叫不醒 要退房挪車都沒辦法 衹能先走 第二天才特地再去酒店退房挪車 無語

阿姨態度很差，平時住其他家酒店阿姨也不會這樣，我們是27號開始住後面續租的，第二天叫打掃衞生床單什麼都不換，然後回來看到房間跟沒打掃一樣，前台就叫她上來打掃，關鍵進來還發火怪我們自己沒説，意思續租就不能換床單嗎？我説床單這麼臟那你打掃看不見嗎她説這麼暗怎麼看的見，自己打掃衞生窗簾不拉開還怪人，最後她走了本來想去廁所什麼紙巾啥的都沒有也不補，本來頭一天住進去都是別人用剩下的，後面想的她那態度也難得去叫她拿等下又罵人，最後我們是去樓下便利店買的，真是服務太差了

其他都挺好的，就是阿姨態度超級差，意思別人續租就不應該打掃房間了，她就説要換床單都是等退房才可以換，那別人要是多住幾天都不能換了嗎，如果我們每天換房間不也是同樣要換，我們還沒有天天換，叫換個床單一進來還發火跟我們吵
