Hanting Youjia Hotel (Dengfeng Bus Terminal)

What I don't understand the most is that when I checked in, they gave me the worst room first?! I was asked to go to a dark room in a corner, which scared me so much that I didn't dare to go in. I went back to the front desk and was told that there were no rooms. After discussion, 2 more rooms were arranged. The hygiene was too bad, and the screens were covered with dust. I couldn't check out the next morning, so I stayed at the Digital Hotel across the street for another 2 days. I felt that it had improved a lot. Now that I think about it, this is the worst experience of this trip. When booking, I mainly refer to the evaluation score. Maybe the weight of the evaluation should be adjusted. In addition, the leader in charge of reception at the front desk is very good at rolling his eyelids. I still haven't forgotten it after so long.

The three of us booked a triple room. Unexpectedly, it was a large suite. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the temperature was just right. It rained when we climbed Songshan Mountain that day, and my clothes were soaked when we got back. The hotel has a drum washing machine and a garment steamer. It was really thoughtful. The staff at the front desk were very nice and made my stay very comfortable.

First of all, the hygiene is good, the cleaning is timely, and the service is good. The hotel will put 4 bottles of water in the room every day, but if it is not enough, you can always ask for it! The hotel has a garment steamer, which is great! If the pillow is not suitable, you can choose a pillow on the first floor, which is very user-friendly! The hotel has a good location, very close to the bus station, which is convenient for travel!
