"I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Wulingyuan. It's very close to the east gate entrance and our room was clean and tidy. There is an option to do laundry at the hotel for free, which is very convenient. In the surrounding area you will find plenty of supermarkets and places to eat as well. The owners are super kind and helpful when it comes to booking tickets for the National park or any other question you might have. They are very knowledgeable about the different attractions and can also offer cheaper tickets if you have not purchased them yet."

"This stay experience is particularly comfortable, you must praise the hotel lobby manager Zhao, the service is particularly in place. During the check-in, she can feel her serious and responsible attitude, warm and patient, and people feel particularly kind as soon as they enter the door. When we first arrived at the front desk to go through the formalities, the manager took the initiative to guide us to scan the code to register and complete the relevant operation. Every step was explained clearly. I was afraid that we didn't understand the operation and reminded us patiently. There was no perfunctory in the whole process. When we encounter a place where we are unclear, she will also stop her work, answer carefully one by one, do things in an orderly manner, very reliable. We encountered some small problems during our stay. After contacting the front desk as soon as possible, the manager quickly came forward to coordinate and deal with it. The response speed was particularly fast, and the positive communication and efficient solution did not make us worry more. Whether it is consulting room-related matters or asking for small needs, she always maintains a gentle attitude, does her best to help deal with it, and does everything safely and intimately. From check-in to check-out, her professional service and serious and responsible work attitude have left a deep impression on us. An excellent service staff can really greatly improve the travel experience of the guests. The overall environment of this hotel is good, plus such a responsible management staff, the overall experience is directly full. Next time we come to local accommodation, we will still choose this hotel, and we really recommend it to all friends who travel. It is reliable and warm, and it is worth everyone to stay at ease!"

"Thanks to Ctrip for the recommendation, I stayed at this hotel for one night. It was easy to find using navigation, and there was free parking in the parking lot in front. Although the hotel had only recently opened, there was no smell of renovation. The rooms were spacious, the water temperature was stable, and there were several brochures for the Shaolin Yanlu Martial Arts School next door on the table, reminding you where you are. In the morning, you could faintly hear the shouts of the martial arts school students doing their morning exercises, which was quite invigorating. After checking out, I got a complimentary cup of freshly brewed coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby, which tasted pretty good."
