After comparing many houses, Mo Fan was finally selected. Mainly fancy its location, view and Loft family room. The top floor platform is amazing, we also saw the sunrise when the weather was good. The parking lot is very close to the homestay. Disadvantages: The room price is 2000 per night on weekends. Compared with other homestays I have stayed in, the room facilities are relatively simple. It would be nice if the toiletries and hair dryer could be improved. The towels and pillowcases smelled bad. The room is poorly soundproofed. In addition, let me talk about what was not mentioned in other reviews, I hope it can help everyone. The door of the harmonious family room is on the upper floor of the hall, which is in the same space as the hall. The doors of other rooms are on the back of the mountain. That is to say, whenever we pass the stairs, our room will be disturbed by footsteps. And from time to time someone thinks this is a room or a public place and pulls our door. The people in the lobby were still chatting at 12 o'clock in the evening, so noisy that we couldn't sleep. It is recommended to choose the safe family room, which is on the far side, with a better view and the same price.

Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

I had 4 nights, it was magnificent experience. Very well organized, magic location, grand breakfast and many activities to engage with. Could easily fill a whole week. More attentive staff than I have experienced anywhere in China. The Branch Manager Chris always looking over everything, even could talk to the personal guest manager Joan through dedicated WeChat channel all times. Everything was taken of. So easy and effortless. Hope to return soon for more Sport activities as possibilities are endless. Also visited their Castle which has its own Charme and good combination.

As a result, everyone was stuck at the shuttle bus station waiting to go down the mountain. We queued for an hour and a half. The guy took the initiative to contact and arranged to keep the dinner warm. When we arrived, we were hungry and took it out. A bowl of yellow chicken soup was eaten, which made us feel happy. The parking lot of the guy is relatively small, and parking requires postgraduate skills. Fortunately, the guy reserved a spot in advance and waited for a long time. He helped us with the luggage. The service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. Because it was a mountain view room, be careful when going up and down the stairs. Now I regret not trying their special hot springs ♨️. I will try it next time. The room is moderate in size. Although it is not as big as the 70-square-meter room the night before, when I opened the curtains and pushed open the door in the morning, the breeze blew on my face, and I had an unparalleled mountain view in front of me. I saw green mountains and swaying green bamboos. I used the mountain spring provided by the B&B to brew a pot of local green buds. The two of us sat on the balcony, enjoying the scenery and drinking tea. The clouds ☁️ drifted by from time to time, and the farmers working in the distant mountains could not be seen. This is the essence of the flowing clouds and bamboos. It is a good place for tired adults to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Loha. Situated about 20minute walk from Yucun. Unfortunately we had warm water/plumbing issues the first day and couldn’t use any hot water 🥺 but the host was very understanding and gave us a free upgrade and even some drinks on the house. She also helped us find a private driver to the hot springs nearby. The place is cozy, friendly and homey! The two house pets were adorable and accompanied us during breakfast 😉 good service, will definitely recommend!

We decided to stay at the hotel on short notice. It was not far from the tunnel entrance and was quite quiet at night. When I booked it, it was shown as the Hidden Mountain Koi Room. The overall space was large, clean and comfortable, with a balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful mountain view and sunset. The kids loved it. The only thing was that the toilet had no door.
