Hotel was a short ride from railway. Surprised by the beautiful , spacious room even though a little older. Very comfortable bed. And nice view. Too bad hot spring spa was not opened. Room service was good. Very relaxing stay. There’s a supermarket across the way, convenient.

週末時間帶一家老小到德州溜達了溜達，當地最低温度零下四度，預訂了家庭親子套房，入住後送了迎賓水果。其中一間衞生間下水極為不暢，也能湊合用，畢竟衹有一晚。家庭套房拖鞋和牙具配備數量不全，打了電話才送齊。最致命的是空調不制熱，出冷風，聯繫了客房服務工作人員告知現在沒有熱風，要求提供了兩台暖風機。早上才知道長者住的那間房還是普通的薄被子，家人不願意麻煩酒店蓋着外套穿着外衣湊合睡了一晚，早上到餐廳用餐温度依然低，甚至連菜品很多都是温涼，現打的咖啡幾分鐘時間已經冰涼，服務人員穿着厚外套都凍的哆哆嗦嗦，把手放在豆漿壺上取暖，原本初衷是帶着家人遊玩活生生的變成了遭罪，酒店在當地也算是中高檔型，最基本的温度問題無法解決真是讓人詫異，這一晚長者孩子都流鼻涕了，感受着實好不了。

酒店屬於園林景觀酒店，外部環境不錯，房間設施也基本符合酒店四星標準。但在酒店業已經免按金、少收費、多增值服務的大環境下，該酒店想方設法引導客人消費也是歎為觀止，茶吧能接受，洗漱台也能接受，馬桶那收費就不合適了，結果拖鞋還提供收費版，洗澡那又放個收費澡巾，用户體驗思維做到極致，可惜都是為了收錢，也是服了，捨本逐末，衹會讓住客反感！

德州老牌的高檔酒店，價格稍貴，但是基本還算物有所值，酒店外觀整體豪華大氣，服務還不錯，房間較大但是設施有點舊，地理位置離G3出口很近，酒店一層有德州扒雞美食城，購買特產很方便。
