Lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly. We asked for a taxi on a wet Sunday evening and the host took us in his car. Exceptional customer service. Food very good, homely atmosphere and beautiful room and balcony. Central location near the bus station

It was a great stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main street but still very quiet. BUT the food they serve is extraordinary in every aspect and I can't praise it highly enough. I highly recommend Hotel Villa Monica.

Our last review written way back in 2013 was titled "Perfection in the Pustertal Valley." Ever since then, with the COVID exception of 2020, we have been regular guests at this hotel during the winter ski season. As we are now planning our stay for January, 2023, we realized that an update of our review is past due. First of all, there is now the addition of a beautiful wellness/sauna center with a fantastic view. The kitchen continues to provide excellent choices from the bountiful breakfast to the superb dinners, some of which occur on theme nights of special treats as we previously noted. We always look forward to checking-in to the same room year-after-year as we know we will be every bit as comfortable there as we are at home. Also, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy walking to the town bus stop from where buses travel in all directions for day trips of cross-country skiing or whatever. We can't end this review without mentioning that Monika and Roman continue to be the perfect hosts in all respects.

What can I say about this wonderful hotel that hasn't already been written by those who preceded me! Professional welcome, sufficiently large room, furnished with care and style, impeccable cleanliness, courteous and helpful staff, garage and free parking, gym, wellness centre, rich and varied breakfast buffet, gourmet dinner, extensive wine list, excellent selection of spirits Cafe. Really great price/quality. Thanks for the wonderful holiday!

We stayed at Villa Monica in the Confort room for a week. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well organised; splendid relaxation area (remarkable view of the mountains) with sauna and turkish bath in a truly beautiful setting. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and has various choices including homemade cakes. The fixed menu dinner, accompanied by a rich buffet of cooked and raw vegetables, is varied and with imaginative and very accurate proposals, as well as being of great quality. The kitchen is ready to change scope in case of different needs. The Sunday aperitif is very valid and the "gala evening" is very welcome. There is also an afternoon snack!! (we threatened to sue the owners and the cook "for damages from rising weight") The dining room staff is attentive, kind and helpful. Particular mention for the chef: of a high level. The only flaw: we would have liked the staff to use the mask!! However we really enjoyed it!!

Super hotel mit perfekten Gastgebern. Für Kinder zaubert er sogar und begeistert sie. Und die cheffin ist die Liebe in Person. Aber auch der Service ist super Das ganze Hotel ist super Kunden und urlaubsorientiert. Hier word sich wirklich gerne, aus Überzeugung, um den Gast gekümmert. Kuchen nachmittags, und dann kommt das Abendessen. Besser geht nicht.
