K Avenue by Cairo is also run by pinstay. But I noticed the theme of the rooms are more fun.
Chose the Games themed 2 bedroom place which had Mario wallpapers, pokemon and gameboy themed stuff. Very cool homestay.
This condo has a lot of other stuff like an indoor mini playroom, outdoor mini play area and the pool.
Pool has days where it's closed for whole day and half days, management will inform after check in.
Check in and out were very easy at the counter.
Every room, living area, dining area had air-conditioning and working hot water system. WiFi was fast via unifi.
This unit, 11-09 had views from the balcony. Managed to watch the beautiful sunrise.
There's a 99 speedmart and a 24/7 Orange mart downstairs as well as a kopitiam?

stay here for 2 nights with the Fam the room agak luas ..nice place for family vacation specially when you have kids this place is for you they have indoor playground.love the environment❤️ kalau nak datang for swimming monday whole day close,wednesday and friday half day only. & they don't provide facilities for cooking .overall okay. we might stay here again next time. parking lot just near the lift 🛗 & it's free.

The gaming console-themed accommodation immediately catches the eye with its creativity, making our business trip a truly memorable experience. The two-bedroom, one-living-room setup was just right for the four of us, and the price was so affordable that even the locals were impressed!

Very nice place..i have been here a triple time...love the smell...friendly staff...all the equipmtnt in the room is can be use and good condition

Homestay overall ok 9/10 rate
Cuma mahu sediakan hanger untuk senang cust sangkut pakaian yg mahu di iron
& Rajin² lap cermin
** Jangan lupa sediakan spt pisau , mangkuk , papan pemotong untuk setiap yg ada kitchen senang untuk masak klu cust mahu guna biarpun studio place . Piring pun skurang³ kasi extra hehe .
Tempat ok , cuma parking tidak di sediakan di setiap unit . Terpaksa cari sendiri , parking x banyak . Ada under managment byr rm 10/day .
Cuma weekend full house semua . So bertabah lah untuk mencari parking .
Mahu beli barang makanan ringan ada speedmart , kedai runcit & orange .
Tempat masih baru so , klu tempat makan ada cafe sja d dpn . Lain d sebelah bangunan ada food court & di area sna senang cari makan .
Cuma kalau lebih senang sesiap lah tapau makanan dr dluar, sbb susah cri park klu pack time . Sekian ulasan dari saya 🫶

The Nintendo Mario room was wonderful. The sleep was comfortable and the children enjoyed the swimming pool. Check in was fuss free and our room came with a designated parking spot.

The unit was great perfect. Clean and cute 🥰 (i got the nintendo unit)
