酒店位置非常好，地處中國城中心位置，吃飯，採購都非常方便。房間乾淨衞生，房東大哥熱情好客，樂於助人，是不錯的住宿選擇！

位置在國際城中心，吃飯喝酒太方便了。老闆是江蘇老大哥，杜拜賊熟，給推薦了好多好玩的地方。另外樓下就是中國大飯店，特色ktv，吃玩都方便。計劃，先去海邊玩幾天再過來住。

接近民宿的一個公寓，一開始擔心會不會安全問題，結果發現公寓的安保比很多同價的酒店還要好。公寓門口有保安，進門有門禁，過了門禁還要登記樓層和電梯也有監控。
公寓和酒店相比的優點：
基礎設施：有廚房，有大冰箱（酒店衹有小冰箱，五星級的也是小冰箱），有陽台，有洗衣機。
交通：左邊走300多米就是温超，右邊600多米就是茶顏悦色，樓下有崑崙和鵲茶，這四個都可以微信付款，對剛來杜拜的國人很友好。
服務：老闆是江蘇人，需要什麼都可以講，光是房東是中國人這點就很棒了！中文溝通很nice。
不足：廚房的衞生希望可以更好，另外希望浴室多個垃圾桶，第三天的時候馬桶有點堵。
