The location is excellent, right next to a subway station, and there are many Indian restaurants nearby. I'm not sure if it's because it's the off-season, but breakfast has become extremely basic. It's very common to wait twenty minutes for the elevator when going downstairs after 9 AM, and the front desk said there's nothing they can do about it.

This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. It offers a rich variety of cuisine, including Chinese, Indian, and British options. The Arabian dishes are particularly good at satisfying a craving for Chinese food amidst the local flavors. The location is excellent, comparable to staying in Lujiazui, Shanghai. The entire staff is incredibly warm and attentive, providing exceptional service. Special mention goes to Jinto and a few others from the breakfast team who were efficient and perceptive. Staying at this hotel is truly a pleasure. The hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool with direct views of the Burj Khalifa. The high-floor rooms offer breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city of Dubai, extending to the sea, and you can even spot the Burj Al Arab. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Dubai.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The rooms are a little small, but Abdullah kindly gave me a lovely room with a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. He was the only staff member who treated me exceptionally well, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and attentive service.

We had a wonderful stay at DAMAC Aykon City with our family. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful views and excellent facilities. Everything felt high-end and well maintained, from the lobby to the amenities. The location is perfect — close to major attractions, restaurants, and easy access to main roads. The environment felt safe and family-friendly, which made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, luxury, and a great Dubai experience. We would definitely stay here again.

The Gevora Hotel is a lovely hotel, very well located, close to downtown Dubai and the Museum of the Future. There's also a metro station just a few steps away, making it super convenient for getting around Dubai's attractions. The room we were given on the 27th floor was very spacious and comfortable. Although the views were to one side of the building, given the hotel's height, you could still get great city views. The beds were comfy, the sheets clean, and the pillows were also comfortable. Our room had a kitchen, but in reality, you can only use the fridge as cooking isn't allowed in the apartment. However, it's useful if you want to bring in pre-made food or drinks. The breakfast was comprehensive and varied with different food selections; it just needed a little more fruit, but that's a minor detail. The only annoying thing was the construction noise around the hotel, which barely stops for a few hours in the early morning. But this is a constant issue in most Dubai hotels; there's construction everywhere, and it's hard to escape the noise. Another thing we suggested to the hotel is to renovate the carpets as they looked worn or stained in some places. Everything else was good. The pool and gym area were very nice and offered beautiful city views.

I've been staying here for a few nights now, and my boss has no complaints. It's good, it's good!

Excellent location if you want to be close to the metro, Dubai Mall, and Museum of the Future, all within walking distance. There's a supermarket in the underground mall across the street (not under the hotel). Fantastic views from the nearly floor-to-ceiling windows with wide stone sills. The rooftop offers postcard-perfect views of the Burj Khalifa and Sheikh Zayed Road. The rooms have a large fridge with a freezer in the kitchen; ours wasn't working, and they immediately brought a new one. There's an Indian restaurant and a club on the upper floors of the hotel. The breakfast in the restaurant is decent, you won't go hungry, and the staff is helpful. Outdoor parking is available. They don't provide transportation to the beach. In the lobby, there's a work area with a printer you can connect to yourself. It's a great option for a 1-4 day stay.

The hotel is quite old and definitely needs some renovation. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay, so we didn’t get the chance to swim or enjoy the beautiful city view, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The bathroom also needs improvement the shower knob was broken and didn’t work properly, making it inconvenient to use. On the positive side, the hotel staff upgraded our room from a Deluxe Room to a Suite, which we really appreciated. The food was also a highlight of our stay, with a great variety of delicious dishes to choose from. While we were grateful for the room upgrade and enjoyed the dining experience, the hotel’s aging facilities and maintenance issues affected our overall experience.

The hotel is really great. The most important thing is that the metro is close by. Taxis are very expensive in Dubai. It's only 70 meters away. One stop further and you're at Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. kindness and helpfulness of the reception staff truly stood out and made this experience memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere.
