The hotel it’s in a really good position, just a few minutes walk from marina , tram and train it’s not too far either…
The water in the pool was warm just a shame that only has sun early in the morning but in the really hot days it’s good that way though….. staf are very friendly…..

The location is convenient. (Though you still need a taxi to get to Dubai Mall.) The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The brewed coffee was also very good. We checked in after 6 PM on the first night, and the turndown service was already done and looked very professional. Thumbs up!
Peaceful and quiet atmosphere, which made the stay very relaxing. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast — there was a great variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The location is superb, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely recommend it..
Hotel as a service place is very good, people and amenities and location. But cleanliness level i am very unsatisfied, i got sick after living in the room. I moved the curtain and after that i kept coughing and flu like condition for few days. AC also seems to be not very clean air. The place need a desperate deep cleaning and continuous professional cleaning. It may only one off experience but thats what i faced.
The Gevora Hotel is a lovely hotel, very well located, close to downtown Dubai and the Museum of the Future. There's also a metro station just a few steps away, making it super convenient for getting around Dubai's attractions. The room we were given on the 27th floor was very spacious and comfortable. Although the views were to one side of the building, given the hotel's height, you could still get great city views. The beds were comfy, the sheets clean, and the pillows were also comfortable. Our room had a kitchen, but in reality, you can only use the fridge as cooking isn't allowed in the apartment. However, it's useful if you want to bring in pre-made food or drinks. The breakfast was comprehensive and varied with different food selections; it just needed a little more fruit, but that's a minor detail. The only annoying thing was the construction noise around the hotel, which barely stops for a few hours in the early morning. But this is a constant issue in most Dubai hotels; there's construction everywhere, and it's hard to escape the noise. Another thing we suggested to the hotel is to renovate the carpets as they looked worn or stained in some places. Everything else was good. The pool and gym area were very nice and offered beautiful city views.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is amazing—right in front of the metro station and very centrally located, making it extremely convenient to get around. It offers great value for money while still feeling luxurious. A special mention to the bathrobe, which was super comfortable and honestly one of my favorite details. The service was outstanding—10 out of 10. I would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Highly recommended for tourists!
**Location:** The location is fantastic! The hotel is just a short walk from the metro station, which is only one stop away from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. There are coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. I chose a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa, and for the price in this area, I think it's a great deal! Especially when traveling with family, a room with a view is definitely a plus.
**Service:** On the day of check-in, our room wasn't ready until over an hour after the official check-in time, so we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. However, the front desk offered us a complimentary dinner, which was delicious! I'm not sure how much it would have cost to add dinner separately. On check-out day, they also extended our check-out time by an hour. There's also a comfortable seating area in the lobby.
**Facilities:** The breakfast is definitely a highlight! You can eat until you're full, and there are many choices. I recommend going to the first floor for breakfast, as it's much better than the second floor. You can eat so much that you won't even need lunch. The room has a fridge and a kettle, so you can make instant noodles or store fruits you buy.

A Perfect Base in Dubai: Rose Park Hotel Review
My recent stay at the Rose Park Hotel in Dubai was excellent, delivering tremendous value, especially due to its unbeatable location (5/5).
The hotel’s proximity to public transport is its single biggest asset. Situated directly across the street from the Insurance Metro Station, navigating the city was absolutely effortless, making it the perfect base for both business and sightseeing.
Beyond the convenience, the service truly elevated the experience. The entire staff team was incredibly hospitable and attentive, always providing a warm welcome and prompt assistance.
The room itself was a comfortable and functional retreat. It was decent and spacious, and I was particularly impressed by the fast, reliable WiFi. Finally, a small but essential detail, especially when dealing with the Dubai heat, was the guaranteed ice-cold shower, a reliably perfect way to refresh and cool down after a long day.
For a hotel that offers such convenience and great service, I highly recommend the Rose Park Hotel.

Arabic Review –
Great hotel with spacious rooms with all the amenities you might need. The gym was well equipped and the rooftop pool and bar were great with friendly service. The on site restaurants serve delicious food, especially the Thai one. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection from all kinds of cuisines (Indian, Asian, Western), however none of them really offered a complete breakfast option by themselves. Location is close to the Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, however due to a highway they are actually not easily accessible but the hotel offers shuttle service.

Amazing
GGuest UserThe kitchen was great! The room wasn't spacious, and the bathroom drainage was poorly designed; even adding an extra small bed wouldn't be possible. The room they gave us was different from the one we booked, meaning some people had to sleep on the floor.
GGuest UserI am writing to share my excellent experience during my recent stay at Towers Rotana on 13th December 2025 for the Learners Education conference.
I arrived early at 5:30 am, well before the 1:00 pm check-in time. I requested to use the facilities to freshen up and was promptly offered an early check-in and Club Lounge breakfast for a very reasonable fee. Having a background in hospitality myself, I was thoroughly impressed by this. It is a fantastic example of empowering front-line employees to drive incremental revenue while providing high-value service.
I would like to especially recognize Hassan (or Hassim) at the front desk. He was very pleasant, and handled my arrival with great professionalism. I also want to commend the young lady at the Club Lounge (a new staff member from Myamar); she was incredibly friendly and diligent in managing both check-ins and the food supply.
Having lived in Dubai for two years and previously stayed at the Media Rotana in Barsha, I found Towers Rotana to be just as exceptional. The convenience and service are top-tier. I will certainly stay here again and will be recommending your hotel to my friends.
GGuest UserThe policy for children's breakfast charges seems inconsistent, and Trip.com wasn't helpful in resolving it. However, this hotel offers great value for money. It's conveniently located between two metro stations, making transportation easy. The Museum of the Future is just over a ten-minute walk away, and a taxi ride to Dubai Mall takes about ten minutes and costs around 50 RMB (about $7-8 USD), which is quite convenient. The room was a bit small, but the balcony had excellent soundproofing. If you want to open the balcony door, you need to ask the front desk and sign an acknowledgment form.
GGuest UserWe had an incredible time at Sofitel Downtown. The staff were incredible warm and welcoming - the receptionist even surprised us with a room upgrade. It was the perfect gesture after arriving in Dubai after midnight. Even though the main pool was out of service (for good reasons, it’s summer) we were still able to access another pool to cool off. The location is excellent, super close to the air conditioning walkway to Dubai Mall. The hotel itself is luxury! We’re so glad we stay. Thank you so much to the team, especially Nanda who is an absolute superstar. We’ll be back!!!
JJack979Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is unbeatable, within walking distance to Dubai Mall and the Fountains.
The most amazing highlight was the infinity pool on the 54th floor; taking photos with the Burj Khalifa from there was an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Every staff member provided meticulous and thoughtful service.
It was an impeccable stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again.
GGuest UserThe room is relatively large and the decoration integrates a lot of local elements. At first glance, it was okay, but it was still rough. At first, the front desk couldn't find the reservation. I asked the housekeeper to contact for a long time, and finally said that I had received a message from the agent. It seems that it is not Trip.com that I booked directly with the hotel, but through a local agent. The experience is not very good, or the international hotel chain is more reliable. Other aspects are quite satisfactory, if there are other options, it is not recommended to live here.
KKola123Check in was smooth and was attended by Rash. She was courteous and helpful in getting the room. Was given a room on a higher floor facing partial Dubai frame. The soap etc is very poor quality and bed sheets not white, something not expected of such hotel.
Bikash at concierge was rude and I feel need training on customer relations. Gave him the card and instead of handing back, he just placed on the table. Valet parking was also slow and disorganised. Imagine waiting 30 mins just for them to pick up the car. I don't see this in Sofitel Downtown or the JW Marriot.
Location is ok but there are definitely other better hotels around the area. Other facilities such as steam room and pool area are quite old.
GGuest UserStayed over New Year’s Eve. Comfortable sized room and even on the first floor we had a good view of the cityscape including the Burj from a corner of our room. Great location beside the DIFC metro and lots of 24-hour shops along Shiekh Zayed Road. Good soundproofing in the room as we could not hear the traffic at all from the first floor.
__mingxinThe hotel is right by the World Trade Center, conveniently located next to a subway station, making it super easy to get around. The room was quite spacious, very clean, and quiet, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious. I would definitely come back again.
GGuest UserThe woman at the hotel reception, I don't know if she's new! She was clueless about everything! And her attitude was terrible! At first, she said the suite I booked wasn't available. I asked her to confirm, and then she said it was, and the room was ready, but check-in time was 2 PM, and early check-in would cost extra. I asked her how much, and she initially said 600 dirhams. I said okay, then the manager came over and said the room would be ready in about ten minutes and we'd check in right away. A while later, she said the room was ready and we could check in, but since it was a suite, it would cost double, 1200 dirhams. I was speechless. Why didn't she say it was 1200 dirhams earlier? Even her manager agreed, how could she be so incompetent? And why couldn't she let guests check in early if she had a vacant room? How could she be so stubborn? I was so angry at that point, I wasted over an hour of my time. I told her I wanted to cancel, that I wouldn't stay, and then she said she'd apply for it! It was truly unbelievable!! At Atlantis, we arrived at 7 AM, and although check-in was at 3:30 PM, she said she'd check us in immediately even though there was a vacant room.
