I seldomly visit cabana but every time they never fail to meet the expectations I have on mind.First thing I was hesitant to order for foods since they’ve change the menu but what a surprise Foods were really really the best it’s a modern middle eastern.Drinks by Subash were refreshing and beautifully presented,Shisha guy reyad was not hesitant to check if our shisha still okay. Overall Kamala and Atta are the best in providing the service and thanks to Chef Sworup and Chef Narendra for amazing foods.

It's a pretty good hotel, and the best thing about it is the location. There is an elevator at the door leading to the breakfast restaurant, which can go directly to DUBAI MALL, but it requires a long walk. The hotel is in Khalifa Tower, so the area is definitely limited, but the bed is good, the pillows are good, the internet is good, and the breakfast is OK. The service is very good, the sanitation is fast and clean.

We had a tricky check in arrived after check in time and both of our rooms were not ready, the lady on reception tried to sell me an upgrade instead, we are Diamond members and this was never acknowledged, nor any free upgrade offered. Instead she muddled through trying to sell me an upgrade. This was sorted out by the duty manager and we were offered a free dinner as an apology. The rooms are exactly as pictured online, lovely, calming and everything works. Shower pressure and ac are both good. We had a lovely Easter egg gifted and they also provided a little tent for our youngest to play in, very thoughtful. We booked a corner suite and a twin room. The pool area is small but it is a city hotel rather than a resort hotel and our children enjoyed it. Breakfast has a decent selection of food, although coffee service is a little slow.

Let me start by saying the staff is fabulous in every way! The hotel lobby is gorgeous. The rooms vary greatly in size - even within the same category. The problem was that the upholstered furniture was stained and very unappetizing to look at or sit on as well as the carpets being stained. Not a chance that I would walk on the carpets barefoot! This was the case of all 3 rooms that I looked at!!!!!! We even upgraded an additional category to get a better room layout and a better view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain but the carpets and upholstered items were the same. The on duty manager offered to move us to their residence section which they rent out as well but it was already so late by the time the offer came in that we were exhausted and wanted to go to bed. Also, several of the electrical outlets didn’t work so we had to search the room to be able to charge our phones, the lamp on one side of the bed didn’t work, nor did the Nespresso machine. Beautiful lobby, wonderful staff, fabulous location and views but the carpeting and upholstered furniture needs to be changed!!!

I traveled with my family and we took 3 rooms. The hotel is excellent, very luxurious, its location is central near a supermarket and the Amariot Mall. An excellent breakfast for those who eat everything. But there is no selection for celiac patients, take care of food from home. We had a problem the day we arrived, they broke the wheel of the suitcase, they tried to fix it and failed, they tried very hard but did not give us a solution. It made us feel that as long as we don't complain everything is fine...everyone smiles but when they broke the suitcase they had no way of helping us and didn't give us any solution until we got to the airport and there I bought a new suitcase. (We were with elderly parents and a baby and the cost of the suitcase was very expensive)
