The location is good but the the service is so so with such a well branded hotel chain. We booked for 3 but they never provide us the basic for three persons, such as the bath towel which they prepared only ONE. When we asked for the housekeeper, he came in and kept asking to write a good review on google yet he forgot to bring all what I requested over the phone, he didn’t want to be off till you write the review for him while it was almost midnight during that time. It’s a very bad experience. Then needed to wait for almost 30mins for him to bring in another 2 bathroom towels

Loved the place .Great price and close to the airport. The breakfast was terrific and very clean. The pool was spacious and super kid friendly. The Grand Mercure next door is part of the group. Your choice which one you prefer. Their summer (June to September)prices are half of normal.

I got up in This hotel because they was doing repairs at 9am, that’s super annoying because when u book hotel u want to leave in calm place. Area is very nice, it’s waterfront. Room is pretty small but it’s good value for the money. It's not far from the airport and relatively quiet. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the GGICO subway. The Dubai Tennis Club is right next to it, where teams and athletes from many sporting events stay. There is also a display gallery inside the hotel that introduces classic tennis themes. The room is large, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is rich in variety and has many flavors to choose from.

Hotel has surprised me on a very positive way . Location is fine , only 15 min from downtown and you have a metro station near by . I would like to compliment and thank the staff as everyone has been very nice and welcoming . Special remark to the housekeepers who are always smiling and do a great job 👏. In general , Facilities are good and new , also there is a nice rooftop pool with great views to the city .

We reached there at 6PM, totally tiered and was expecting a comfortable room will be waiting for us. But it took about an hour for the staff to make the room ready. Don’t know what they had to do. After an hour of staying at reception we finally reached in room and saw both beds were joined. We requested them again to make twin beds as separate. It again took a long. All were good but services was below average
