The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai

The hotel location is nice. I just stayed for the night. However, there are two buildings. You have to go in the other side to get your key card then walk all the way to the other building to get to your room, which in my opinion is inconvenient. There is a reception desk on the other building but there were no receptionist.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel in Dubai Production City, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and exceptional customer service made for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away. While it's true that there isn't a metro stop nearby, the bus connects easily to the metro, making it simple to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Dubai. The staff's warm hospitality and the hotel's amenities make it an excellent choice. Just be aware of the metro situation, but trust me, it's not a deal-breaker! *Pros:* Cleanliness, spacious rooms, great customer service *Cons:* No metro stop nearby (but bus connectivity is available)

One of the few green surroundings in Dubai

The continental breakfast ham and lettuce are delicious, and the fruits are also very fresh, much better than those bought at Carrefour. The room service is very complete and has a separate washing machine and kitchen. It’s also very convenient to cook your own meals. The service staff are very friendly. Blanc from Mexico City is very friendly 😉. I believe you can have a very pleasant life here. The room was also very clean. Highly recommended to stay.

From the moment we set foot in the hotel to the week later when we left, we cannot compliment enough the attitudes and professionalism of ALL the staff at this hotel. They always had a smile on their face, were very welcoming and went out of their way to help you when you needed assistance. The location of the hotel was quite far out- it cost us 230AED to get from the airport on arrival. But to be honest, after becoming more aware of resources around, we returned back to the airport in a taxi for 30AED. The hotel offers a free shuttle service straight to the Dubai Mall. They have other shuttles to other malls too. Just wish they’d offered more shuttle times to and back from the malls. The latest return to the hotel was 5.45pm. But taxi’s back at later times cost around 80AED. The hotel itself was lovely and clean. The bedroom was airy and spacious. It was cleaned everyday. We had breakfast every day of our stay. I had read reviews before I went about how the breakfast was the same everyday. All I can say to that is that whilst they did offer the same things every day, there is so much variety- from cereals to cooked meals, breads to cakes, fruit, vegetables and salads. We have loved the experience of staying at this hotel and definitely would go back again!
