This hotel was located to bus line 37. It had a yummy restaurant next door that served vegan friendly foods. The rooms were very comfortable for the price. You can grab the airport shuttle which is about 10 minute walk away. No need to use a taxi.

The room is very small and there is no room service. If you need to change the bath towels, you need to pay 10 euros per person. The room is very noisy. There is a bar downstairs. The bed is very small. It is very crowded for two people to sleep. The shower room is so small that you can't turn around at all. The experience is very bad. !

Arrival was no problem at all, the receptionist who was working that night due to my late flight was so helpful, she was so sweet & very friendly. Giving my room a birthday decore for my friends for a surprise too. As I paid for 3 guests we were given a double bedroom but then the kind receptionist gave us the room I booked for which was for the 3 of us mentioning no extra payment. But then, the next few days I received a message from the receptionist ( a different one ) asking to pay another 75£ for my stay, even though I had already paid for the full trip being; 390.96£. I went down to reception to deal with the situation and the receptionist was very rude. I explained what happened but again she was having none of it. Overall, for the money, I wouldn't recommend this place at all you get a very very small room just enough for a double bed that's it. The "deluxe room" was just an extra role away bed.. So again I wouldn't recommend staying here at all for the money, you could definitely stay somewhere worth the money.

Short two day stay visiting friends. First time to the infamous city and I was chuffed to bits with the whole experience. The accommodation is not far from the main city centre but without the city centre prices. Exceptionally clean albeit basic in amenities. However, for my needs it was perfect. A special comment must go to the receptionist, Evelyn. An absolute masterclass in customer service on the morning of departure. Her “problem v solution” attitude with a multitude of nationalities presenting her with inquiries was something to behold. Bravo Evelyn 👏👏👏👏

Located 10-15 min walk to the centre. Smithfield is near by and has plenty of places to eat. There is a small cafe inside which is also good to eat at should you wish. If you want something cheap, clean and near the city then no reason why you cannot book to stay here. It is old student residence so each area as about 5 rooms and a shared kitchen and lounge area. It does get noisy as people slam doors but if you’re here for short period and can put up with noise then no problem

Stayed here for four nights as a base to explore Dublin. Other hotels in Dublin were so much more expensive! It is basic student accommodation so don't expect too much grown up adult creature comforts! Reception staff were great and very accommodating. Our first allocated room was overlooking The Barber and as it was in the heat wave the window had to be open and the noise from the pub was very loud. Asked for a quieter room and very obligingly we were offered one on the fifth floor. Definitely quieter but forgot about heat rising so it was super hot overnight during our stay. There was no house keeping service during our stay and when quiered this towards the end of our stay we were told we had to ask for it to get it. It is there in the small print on the booking read out but we just missed it. There is no TV or any drinks facilities in the room and the floor shared kitchen is modern but typical of a student world with overflowing waste bins and sweeping and top wiping minimal. Car parking is expensive typical of a city centre. Only three hours maximum by the hotel costs 9 euros so the Smithfield Market Car Park close by is the best value for longer stays. The one way systems are a bit tricky until you get used to it. Sat Nav definitely a no go! Value for money probably doesn't get any better so rating I would put 3/4 overall.

This place was definitely a 10/10 my friend and I went for a week it was amazing. It was great to see all of the town. I think anyone who wants a civilized vacation should go there if its for a week or two.
