環境一般。服務態度良好。但是都是忽悠 沒有實話。 16號房間應該17號早餐券 給16號餐廳服務員不讓進詢問半天整體的服務素質比較低。得好好培訓一下上午十一點的時候打掃乾淨的也是不敲門直接就進來也太直接了吧

我真的服了，為了去朋友婚禮當伴郎方便，選了離得近的他家，約了早上5點的叫醒，也答應了，還測試了電話，結果我睡到六點自然醒的，我到樓下一問説夜班睡覺去了，她才要給我打電話叫醒，我訂的五點，六點才要叫，導致我沒有趕上，請朋友們酌情考慮這家店，我認為不負責人 ，避坑！！！

和五星級酒店嚴重不符，就是一個坑，早餐九點多點很多菜沒了，連稀飯都沒有了，問了服務員，説就是沒有了，看見幾個客人和他們吵架，七百多元的價格，早餐都吃不好

⚠️按摩勸大家不要去！很差勁！很不舒服！♨️温泉，泡湯是很划算的，池子很多，不同温度都有，記得帶泳褲，這裏泳褲賣很貴，而且很醜。但是酒店的熱水是温泉水，會有點黃，介意的朋友需要注意⚠️

房間有很難聞的氣味，衞生間洗澡也漏水到整個地面連拖鞋都漂起來了……不得不第二天要求換房間。整個酒店的設施非常陳舊，温泉的地方也是很多設施不開放，燈光很昏暗。總之不值得體驗

説實話已經很多次入住頤和了，每一次到家一定要來一次温泉和spa來放鬆一下自己。但是 上午退房以後下午突然想起自己有一個手串落在了房間裏，回到酒店向前台詢問 前台説客房上午查房時沒有東西.....但基本就是落在酒店客房裡的桌子上了... 就這點 有點讓我不滿 也有自己的原因 但 至少客房拾取客人東西 也要保留一個月吧
