服務極差，入住時要按金（貌似多年前才有的操作）又不開按金條，退房時前台換人了居然要我先走，説加微信等她問了後再退，且愛答不理的。房間異味太大，主要是黴味大。環境也不好，窗户隔音不好，晚上太吵。前一日或前幾日換下的布草堆在走廊上，是不是讓住客們看看“我換布草了”？不建議入住。

看到酒店的招牌看不到停車場，致電前台，小姐姐耐心指導，停車場很大的，打開房門温馨的感覺，很乾凈，很貼心，咖啡和綠茶很不錯，茶罐一眼就能愛上它，泡上一杯，卸下了今天的疲憊，開心

第一次去住，不知道怎麼去停車場和酒店大堂前台，打電話問前台找到停車場，前台太饒了，開了禪意大床房，前台又不提醒一下是單獨在樓上，我們在走廊拖着行李轉了很久的沒有找到房間，又轉回前台問，就給我們指了一個消防通道的門叫我們推門進去就行了，結果進去還沒有標識，頭都繞暈了才找到，前台的工作人員和那個寶安真的是超級無語！説清楚一店可能會少活幾年！
