未入住時，小帥哥會先電話聯繫，問幾點到，到站後，帥哥會緊密溝通，跟進我們到達時間，這個給我感覺很貼心，到店後，見到小帥哥，長得很帥，見到老闆娘，小孩很喜歡，很和善，床1.5米，一大一小剛剛合適，房間裝飾很古風，很乾凈，另外一個貼心是，老闆專門提前開好暖氣，地理位置很好，大門直出預估50到100米不到可以到達沱江，春節，1.5米的2張雙床，這樣地理位置，值得，12年後再到鳳凰，這次旅途帶娃出遊，方便，便捷#衞生#服務

這個價格在周邊能住兩天了性價比不高實際情況也比圖片差進大門也不像四合院凳子桌子也很亂老闆招呼完就不在了進出都是沒人狀態晚上也是房間裏樓梯上的蚊子超級多而且都是很大一衹的房間裏也不是智能的還要收300多價格真的不值被套也不是柔軟的兩張床雙人間床也小總之價格衹能收100多左右的房間收了我340多一晚上超級沒有性價比而且就我們這一間房間有人其他房間都是空的衹有我們是花300多的大冤種！第二天我們去住了一個180左右的雙人間在其他民宿房間裏都是智能而且裝修也很現代風床單也是很柔軟！！！這家340多的四合院不是很愉快的入住經歷，因為沒有到達我們的預期！

服務周到，停車後就有人過來接，裏江邊很近，還很好找，正對着小橋，小院與房間裏裝修的古香古色，都是實木結構，環境很好，中央空調很給力

性價比高，服務優質。到了古城後的帥氣小哥熱情的接到民宿，還幫忙推送行李、協助上房間，對帶行李和小孩的人非常的友好。每次回到民宿，老闆娘都會熱情的打招呼，感覺像是回家了一樣。想要出門逛逛，遊覽時，民宿老闆熱情地給我指路，推薦，很耐心，還幫忙我預約需要遊玩的景點門票。房間很棒，整潔乾淨，細節衞生不錯，讓人放心，窗外的風景很美，視野開闊。房間內設施齊全，備品充足，考慮周全，該有的都有，一點都不小氣。酒店的位置相當優越，就在鳳凰古城的正中心，緊臨着沱江，可以説相當適合悠閑的逛逛了，總之，是一家值得推薦，值得再次住的民宿。以後朋友來鳳凰遊玩也會給他們牆裂推薦這家民宿。
