住過最差的桔子 在攜程定了之後晚上12點左右到前台辦理入住告知二樓有酒吧 會吵到兩點，我想洗漱完剛好就可以睡了 前台小姐姐主動給我升級了房型 到了房間之後彷彿你就置身於酒吧…地都震了 心是崩潰的 我跟我自己説馬上到2點了馬上停止了 結果一直吵到4.30 真的** 第二天早上9店起床工作到一樓吃早餐 早餐時間是7到11，才9點就衹剩這些 完全沒有胃口 也不加菜 最後我拿了一個麪包 一杯牛奶吃 這個可頌是酸的…… 拜託 48一份的早餐 體面一點吧 住過其他城市的桔子 每個都很滿意 這次真的大踩雷 睡不好 吃不好 但是工作人員服務態度不錯的。

一星是評分制度的極限 不是我的
凌晨兩點入住時攜程訂單出的問題 前台誘導我取消訂單 但價格已有偏差 誰來補我這份錢呢？
本來就是剛下飛機 跟朋友們喝點小酒愉悦下心情 早上八點開始 敲東西裝修咚咚咚 九點電鋸之類的刺耳聲 上午十點正對着我房間的ktv開始唱歌 要了耳塞都完全不起任何作用 問前台也衹是跟我不好意思的道歉 那花了錢我是來遭罪受的？還是來聽道歉的？ 我住了全國各地很多家桔子 這絕對是最差的 沒有之一 差評有用嗎？説整頓真的會改嗎？服務人員的酒店管理學會的衹是口頭上的道歉和誘導嗎？ 我也就幸好心臟病沒發作 出個門倒黴的嘞

這次來對了，哈哈，酒店環境很好，很新，外賣有機器人幫忙送上房間，好方便，而且這裏的交通也很方便，對面就是萬科廣場，往上走就是中海環宇城，這裏好像離祖廟很近，坐兩三站的地鐵就可以到了，真的很不錯呢，前台小清服務也很好哦，棒棒噠😘

很喜歡這家酒店的風格，大堂的設計風格很舒適，前台叫小敏的經理服務態度非常好，又給我遞紙巾又給我拿水 很貼心 房間乾淨明亮 給我安排的房間很安靜空調也很涼快，真心贊！

酒店環境舒適，裝修風格簡潔明亮，進到大堂視野開闊，香薰的味道非常舒服。整體服務人員的素質也很高，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服。前台杜麗榮小姐姐服務態度更是超級好，對客人的要求有求必應，也是很暖心了。房間的設施非常先進，衞生也很乾凈是一個值得推薦的好酒店👍🏻

酒店位置很好，對面就是萬科廣場，吃飯購物很方便。前台杜麗榮小姐姐服務熱情，房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，還有機器人可以送外賣到房間，很智能，很好的一次入住體驗。

這家酒店位置很好找，周邊商場購物酒店停車非常方便，前廳服務人員liu態度很好，早餐豐富，房間乾淨電視非常大還可以投屏，小度語音可以控制好多設備，送物機器人非常可愛，大堂環境優雅，非常好的入住體驗！
