小長假與小孩和長輩再一次來高明的別墅，這次訂的別墅可以説相對的體驗感比較差一些，具體細節原因： 1.別墅的門口是比較有特色的，讓人一看到就眼前一亮，進到房子裏面比較有風格，看得出來房主有花心思在裏面，房間整體都比較整潔乾淨，洗漱用品齊全，但是有間房的洗澡間玻璃門已經脱落一半，非常危險，希望房主儘快把全部玻璃門都檢查一遍，該修的修，避免發生意外 2.可以看出來這邊的環境比較老舊特別是大廳的桌球和飯廳的桌子和麻將桌，這兩個是衞生重災區，可能是因為下雨的原因，麻將全部摸起來都是黏黏糊糊的，麻將桌的插頭都已經彎掉了，好難想象上一家顧客到底經歷了什麼…客廳桌球枱已經被弄得殘缺不全，桌布被戳了好幾個洞，桌面又不平整，心疼房主一秒鐘 3.本來想來游泳玩滑梯的，訂了才知道泳池需要在暑假才開放，滑梯也是不能玩，小朋友們都有點失望，不過三樓平台有按摩浴池，也是彌補了不能玩水的遺憾，按摩浴池是管家特意過來幫我們重新洗刷過的，非常乾淨，贊管家一個 4.晚上房子的蚊蟲比較多，一開始沒有注意，兒子被叮了兩個大包，不過全屋都有配備蚊香片和盤子，我們每層每個房子都點了之後基本沒有被咬過，剛開始在一樓房間有一衹大蟑螂，除此以外沒有再發現蟑螂蹤跡 5.管家的服務比較好，一收到我們訊息就馬上處理，包括麻將少了，衞生打掃，電磁爐壞掉，他都有去及時處理和更換，即使當時在下雨也沒有拖延解決問題，積極處理的態度很值得贊一個 總結來説，管家的態度非常積極，衹要你願意溝通，他都會盡力配合，但是設施設備的確是老舊，客廳和飯廳看起來不是很衞生的樣子，這個很影響租客心情，建議房主翻新一下或換掉一些硬件設備，檢查一遍衞生間的玻璃門，最後一點是，房間沒有配備嬰兒椅，帶孩子的要注意

請避雷，垃圾民宿，設施殘舊，唱歌的咪壞的，地板髒，留梯也十分髒，曱甴爬進我的行奇，半夜要拍死曱甴，洗手間去水不佳，泡池也很蹸，根本不能泡，BBQ爐根本不能用，花園梳化坐也不敢坐，所以全部設施都用不到，浪費金錢，把旅程掃興，最後我們用過有泥的毛巾，要討我們付150元人民幣，真是太可份，請大家不是去此民宿，一定後悔

整體衞生還不錯，就是冰箱沒打掃乾淨，冰箱是好好工作的搞不懂上一輪為什麼會有壞掉的臭海鮮味和韭菜味，我們到了把整個冰箱的抽屜都拆下來洗了還把內壁都擦了一遍。泳池是換水的，孩子們玩得很開心。管家響應速度很快。周邊吃飯和買東西都很方便。三樓套房的空調晚上時不時咔嚓一聲有點睡不好。
