The manager was very upset when asked to change the room again and asked us to pay the cleaning fee. In the end, the manager of the engineering department proved that it was the reason of the hotel that the cleaning fee was not charged. In the end, I changed the room without windows, so the upgrade failed. It is hoped that the hotel can meet the needs of the guests as the greatest satisfaction rather than the cleaning fee as the greatest goal.
