I stayed in a triple room in a Japanese room at the age of 0, my wife, husband and child. I stayed because it was introduced as a kind inn with children on the site called Co ● bee. Not gentle to children 1.Steps There are steps at the entrance. There is an elevator if you put it in the lobby.2.Cold air conditioning can only be selected on or off by collective management. I couldn't use it for the cooling setting when I tried to put heating.3.Dark There is a window with Shoji on the east side, but the Asahi is very dazzling because it is only Shoji.I wanted to put a light shielding curtain... 4. Noisy windows along the road are double windows, so I didn't care so much about the sound despite the big windows... Because the window on the east side of the front is thin 1 glass, the sound along the road can be heard well despite the small window. From 0 to 5 o'clock, the runaways were running well, and every time the child woke up and cried. Also, I heard the sound of the TV in the next room, whether the wall is thin.5. The entrance of the Japanese room where the baby car is not placed at the entrance is an inner open door, so the baby car cannot be placed at the entrance. Also, it is a hard time to fold it in because it rises one step at the entrance.6.Dust When my son hailed around the refrigerator, he was dusting. However, I think there is a feeling that there is no mites in the futon because it did not itch even if I slept overnight. 7. However, I was grateful for the Japanese room as a child who was less than 1 years old. The scenery was good in front of the sea. Convenience stores are close and the station is close ... I did not stay in this Ryokan, I canceled my book. Here is why: Most Ryokans make traditional dinner and I thought this one too (by seeing their Kaiseki meal photos in their website) But it seems I was wrong. Before booking a room in this Ryokan, I read the reviews and checked the meals menus in their website: the Kaiseki meal was one of the many reasons why I wanted to book this Ryokan. So I booked a room and almost two months before my arrival I sent them a message asking for the meals price and to make a dinner reservation for two people. Their reply was ”Dinner cannot be prepared. Please have a dinner in the dining room outside the hotel”. So I asked again why I could not make a dinner reservation (in almost two months in advance) Perhaps the kitchen is closed? their answer again was: ”I do not have a reason. It depends on the plan you choose”. Well... If this Ryokan doesn't serve dinner, they should let it clear to everyone in the information section. If they do serve but it depends on whatever plan they have, they should again let it clear to the customer. I was lucky to ask before my arrival and of course I cancelled the hotel of 210EUR one night... the communication was bad (they could explain the meals plan perhaps?). So I decided not pay 210 for one night in a Ryokan with a poor costumer service and where I cannot have a full Ryokan experience. In another review I saw they have had this same issue with other guest. Therefore, If you are wiling to stay in this Ryokan anyway, I highly suggest you to ask them anything first before booking a room (to avoid surprise). So sad... I truly think they don't care about costumer service...

Very interesting store next time you come to Hunan, even if you don’t live in Fujisawa, you will come here to drink matcha latte. The door lock is digital. The hygiene is very good. Before the Tokyo Olympics, there were several hotels around Fujisawa Station. It is one of the hotels that opened at that time. The location is not bad. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the south exit of Fujisawa Station Rotary (even if the traffic light waiting is long). 24 7-Eleven on the 1st floor of the hotel, Gust, Shabu-Ya, a family restaurant, enters the second floor. The front desk of the hotel is on the 4th floor. Rooms are on the 5th to 13th floors. The gown is located in the elevator lobby on each floor. Other amenities are on the side of the front desk on the 4th floor, which is the style you bring yourself. The room is very simple (compliment), there is no step between the guest room and the unit bath, and the toilet space. There is a Japanese outlet and a USB-A jack beside the bed. In addition to Wi-Fi, there is a wired LAN and LAN cables are always available in the room. The TV is not an online TV, but since the TV comes out positively, I was able to use the Amazon stick I brought in using the vacant HDMI on the back of the TV. The room is recommended on the sea side. On the mountain side, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner in the room (the outdoor unit of the sea side room is also integrated on the mountain side) is outside the window, and the visibility is a little poor. The washing machine and dryer are on the 7th and 11th floors. This is a city center hotel mainly for accommodation. It is a few minutes walk from Fujisawa Station. Check-in and out is done by the customer himself on the machine in the lobby.
