As we arrived to the hotel we went through check in process with Mr Leo, a very humble, gentle and professional man. Surprisingly he upgraded our room to suite room on the 28th floor 😃. Hotel staff didn’t speak English so we didn’t try asking for the room in the courtyard that we booked as changing rooms would mean climbing down 4 floors with our luggage and waste time explaining with translator app. Room was small, enough for a night or if you don’t want to spend time at the hotel. Mattress was pretty hard. Shower and towels not perfectly clean. One can tell that the towels are quite old. There was no breakfast and no possibility to add it despite a large room available for it. There is also space to have tea but no one was working there. Front part and first 2 courtyards of the hotel look nice. Staff was polite. Our luggages were carried up. Location is good in the touristic rebuilt-ancient neighborhood. Convenient for a night but will not go again.
