The room was large, clean and tidy. The river view from the full floor-to-ceiling windows was very good. I am really speechless about this hotel. This is the first time I have seen such design and service on a business trip. 1. There is an extra charge for more than 2 bottles of mineral water in a room? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? I was really shocked. Since I drink a lot of water and I booked a room for two days, I asked the waiter to bring me six more bottles of mineral water for tea. The front desk said on the phone that there were two bottles in the water bar and each room could only get two more bottles at most. The excess would be charged. I? ??? ??? ??? Then they said they would give me two more bottles. In the end, they gave me four bottles in total. I really...thank you for your charity? So generous? 2. The design of this hotel is a walk-in sensor switch. If you are not in the area, it will not light up. If you walk in, you have to adjust the switch again, as shown in Figure 1. It is very unreasonable and there is no place for manual control. 3. Although there is a window in the whole room, it is tightly sealed by two layers of curtains. There is nothing to hang or tie the curtains. It just blocks the small window. It is completely airtight. It is stuffy without air conditioning and cold with air conditioning. As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 4 4. There were spiders in the room. When I came back from going out the next day, I found that the shower door was covered with spider webs. After looking around, I found that the spider was actually at the head of the bed. The sanitary conditions were speechless. 5. The hotel hair dryer is foldable, but it cannot be fully erected and locked when unfolded. When blowing hair, you must hold the hair dryer with your hand, otherwise it will droop down and fold again due to gravity. What's outrageous is that I called the front desk and asked, and the front desk said that it was not broken, all the hair dryers in the hotel were like this. I asked them to replace it with a good one, but the one they replaced was still the same. This is the first time I have seen a hair dryer that needs to be held and fixed by the hair dryer. I am really impressed. 6. Due to the change of itinerary the next day, I had to delay check-out. I called the front desk in the room in the morning to ask about the extension of stay. After the communication, the front desk called back and said that the intern who answered the phone before was new and didn't understand. He said that as long as I gave a good review on Ctrip, I could extend my stay for free until 5 pm. I agreed. Then the front desk added me on WeChat, but didn't say anything, so I waited for them to send the copy. What's outrageous is that at noon, during my lunch break, the front desk called again and asked me when I would check out. I said I had said I would check out late in the morning, and then the front desk asked how to pay the room fee. I said your colleague asked me to give a good review to waive the room fee. This front desk is really bad, saying that my colleague didn't hand over the information well, and then kept asking me questions, which was really annoying. I said you should check it internally before asking the customer. Eight hundred calls to the guest room in one day, this is really the noisiest hotel I have ever seen. It's really a restless business trip. Bad review!
