第一次來贛州，住到了一家不錯的酒店，前台和餐廳都有頂層，據説有160米，整個空間明亮通透。服務也很不錯，前台的小姑娘很周到，還幫我們升級了，點贊

之前經常到贛州來玩，才發現贛州還有一家寶藏酒店！位置好！環境好！房間衞生也非常到位！後悔之前怎麼沒有發現這家酒店～下次一定還會再來！

【房間空調不製冷】入住的幾天剛好春節期間，天氣轉暖，室內空調衹能制熱，導致室內温度可以到25度以上，晚上熱到出汗，跟前台反映，前台也沒有辦法解決。晚上也睡不好，半夜熱醒幾次，最後衹能是開窗通風。 【浴室門縫透水】浴室花灑上下左右不可以調整，一開水就會對着門縫沖，然後門縫沒有密封，結果導致浴室都浸水，排都排不出去，搞到一地都是水。洗手枱冷熱水還裝反了。 【窗簾遮光性極差】首先房間就是落地玻璃窗，陽光很大，窗簾非常透光，導致下午睡覺和早上醒來室內都很光亮，很早就被照醒。這樣讓人睡得很不好，想睡懶覺都睡不到。 【早餐嚴重供不應求】一兩個菜沒有我可以理解，但我從來沒有試過90%的菜品都沒有，拿了一個碟子轉了一圈發現一個菜都沒有，第一天也就算了，第二天還是這樣，這後廚經理怕是不想幹了吧，一點預見性和應急處置能力都沒有的嗎？ 【客房部經理很會做】晚上小孩不小心搞臟被單，必須整套更換，想着賠錢的打算，結果客房部經理説春節就算了吧。 【總體服務】基層服務人員都是很好的，但是看得出酒店管理欠缺，過多注意表面功夫，沒有關注最重要的睡眠質量和入住體驗，酒店最終是要用來住的舒服的。 【交通便利】交通在新區，位於CBD商務寫字樓，交通便利，停車場下面大把車位不用擔心沒有車位，叫外賣什麼的也方便。 【夜景很棒】夜景是基本上可以看到半個新區遠眺山區的，適合喜歡看高空夜景的人。另外酒店餐廳位於39樓，風景也很不錯。

自助下午茶:下午到店辦完入住前台小鐘小姐姐贈送了一份下午茶，在39樓的高考空餐廳用餐哦！風景很好哦，很愜意啊~推薦推薦

住宿體驗非常好。特別感謝鍾雨欣和李金山，給我在酒店的住宿增加了很多便利性，服務態度好，專業能力強。房間的景觀很好。

環境： 1.景觀差：城景需要加價的房間，窗户外面那麼大幾個廣告牌對着房間。 2.遮光差：如圖，這品質3星級酒店不如，早上直接被曬醒 衞生： 1.有的房間有重煙味：第一個房間給的3709，進去特別大的煙味，呆了幾分鐘就受不了 2.浴巾破一個洞也是厲害👍 服務： 1.3709房間煙味特別大，第一反應説給我做無煙處理，這一時半會能消掉？ 2.我外賣丟了，第一次跟前台説了2.3次沒有任何人搭理，直接無視 設施： 1.沐浴露沒了沒人檢查？一點都沒了 2.所謂的超大床就是兩個床拼一塊
