The location is about 15-20 minutes walk from Gdansk Main Station But I don't feel far away, so I think I'm walking in 15 minutes. The exterior looked like a castle and it was so beautiful and the view in front It was better because it was river view. (It was a pity that there was no high floor, but in the facilities and cleanliness It was clean and nice.)

The hotel is located in the most desirable part of Gdansk, right in the center of town, yet free from noice. The historic building has been beautifully restored, with great decoration and furniture. From the moment we entered the hotel door, until our departure, we receiver best service one can think of from hotels professional and kind personnel. Breakfast was outstanding and so was the hotel’s restaurant. During our stay we experienced a significant problem. We discussed the issue with the hotels management who very kindly and generously helped us solving the problem. We already looking forward to our next visit to Gdansk and Radisson Blu. Hotel Mercure Gdansk Stare Miasto

From check-in o check-out, the staff at this hotel were excellent. We had booked two rooms and were given adjoining rooms. I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. There was the usual tea/coffee facilities, it a nice touch was a water cooler at the lift area. This gave us access to clean, cool drinking water. We ate in the restaurant on the first day, for breakfast. The choice was plentiful, but I would recommend looking elsewhere to eat, as the price was way above what else is available in very close proximity. The location of the hotel was ideal. There is a shopping mall opposite, with a choice of shops and eating places. There are several supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance and plenty of other shops as well. It was a leisurely 15 minute walk into the centre of Gdansk and Dluga street. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely consider staying, if we were ever in Gdansk again.

We got this hotel as part of our wowcher trip but sadly were very disappointed. We have used wowcher before and been happy to stay in cheap and cheerful budget hotels, we are also avid travellers often camping and in hostels. This hotel could be a similar experience however the area did not feel very safe at all - it is 20mins outside of Gdansk or a 8min taxi so not badly situated but there is mostly car sales places/industrial buildings surrounding which do not make for a nice walk. The receptionist was rude at our check in and unhelpful with small matters like directions/shops/discussing breakfast. Our room needed a lot of maintenance is stains on carpets/chairs. The room smelt strongly of smoke and body odour. I will add the bathroom was clean. We checked out the same day and changed hotels. I think this hotel has potential but unfortunately we got it on a bad day!

Nice place to spend your night, chilled and music vibes. Kitchen with living room has an instruments, additionally TV, games, place to eat. Bathrooms could be better but for this money, it's still fine. Great location - middle of center. I recommended it :)

Very clean and quet hotel. Great location for sighthseeing Gdansk. A large, affordable (50zl for 24 hrs) parking on the other side of the street. Good size rooms and all amenities needed. Would definately recommend.
