Parking was very convenient, they will validate for u and ure able to use in n out multiple times. The location is just right opposite hin bus depot, and behind there is quite a number of famous hawker - presgrave Street. The check in was also seamless. Coway machine outside for unlimited refill.
Only thing for me is the vibe when I walk into the lobby, and the vibe of the room. I would say basic and old school, nth less nth more. Ure getting exactly what you paid, goid value. lift lobby security can be better as well so not everyone can go up easily.

The hotel location is good. and the room is big and cosy. They got a water dispenser outside the room so that we can fetch the water from there. the staff is friendly to guests. The breakfast is not fancy but still acceptable .

The receptionist very efficient and courtesy in both check in and out . The guard also wish customer politely with a smile “good morning “. Only complaint was the gym a bit rundown .

The location of the hotel is great. Pretty close to Komtar and a lot of restaurants nearby including a variety of food choice. The hotel room is rather small but very clean and tidy. Clean up was done everyday. However, the lighting a bit dim inside the room. All in all, our stay was comfortable.

Only the floor and toilet cleanliness needs to improve. The restroom floor was easily flooded after the shower. Small room. Comfortable bed. Warm receptionist. We had a nice stay here.
