來鞏留的美好體驗從入住開始，小院子非常舒服，停車很方便，院子很安靜，距離蝶湖景區特別近，可以徒步過去也可以開車，幾分鐘就到了，給我們的旅行帶來了不錯的體驗，下次來了繼續打卡湖苑小築！

衞生：很差 如圖 上位客人留下的啤酒箱子 都沒扔 ；廁所有異物 ；

在鞏留住了四晚 衞生最差就是這個酒店 晚上洗澡水一會冷一會熱 水壓特別低 大家慎重
洗漱的杯子也有上位客人留下的牙膏漬
床單有小蟲飛來飛去

夜裡一點多鐘（新疆時間往往減兩小時，所以也才11點多）洗澡沒熱水，衹有30來度，打電話問前台熱水模式是什麼？我得確定等待會兒能否有熱水。前台答覆不知道，説去問主管，等了半天説給我調下，其實就是關閉水閘，重新再開，水温沒有變化，無意義的“調整”來了兩次，但一直不告訴我他們熱水器是怎麼樣供暖的。2點鐘洗了個冷水澡❗❗然後到3點，樓下的餐飲部還沒清場，喝酒狂嗨的聲音巨響，讓人無法入眠❗❗❗次日以上兩個問題，民宿並沒有立即回覆，一開始還回復平台説水温幫我解決了。關於噪音問題，至今不承認。最終的賠償是“去哪兒”給予的消費券。這樣的民宿店家，不知哪裡來的自信，勸退勸退❗❗❗

這個民宿住的真讓人無語。
開車趕往酒店的路上，店主打電話説房間因為攜程後台原因，被重複訂購，已經被其他人入住，建議我自己取消。後來攜程官方打電話過來，説他們來處理。後來才反應過來，店家接到其他漲價客户訂單，想撒謊讓我自己退房。經過攜程官方介入，幾經折騰才確認可以入住。作為店家起碼的良心不能丟吧，何況還是新開的民宿，真的不介意口碑這東西嗎？
入住以後，民宿有餐飲，十二點多喝多的人在打架鬧事。後來斷斷續續持續到凌晨四點，都有人在大喊大叫，沒法入睡。
完全沒有入住體驗，反而像到了荒郊野嶺沒有安全感的地方。
