Our stay at Sah Saray was better than our expectations. The people there make it good. Our room was beautiful and looked just like the photos if not even better. The only thing I did not like about it was that it was not spacious enough for what we paid it was a bit of a squeeze. The property overall was fantastic, the views from the terrace of the balloons every morning were so calming. The service was great especially from Samet at reception who was always providing the best service and always genuine and personalised to us. Thank you very much to Mr Kemal for arranging all our activities for us especially the balloon ride and managing to get us the deluxe flight that we wanted! :) The breakfast at the property was delicious. You have a full Turkish breakfast every morning and Orhan's service was amazing, he even served us breakfast after the time had passed on a couple of the days as we woke up late and would serve us complimentary drinks every so often. Everyone at the property is so helpful and always there to have a friendly chat with and the place itself is just gorgeous. The location was not bad we could walk to the centre in less than ten mins from the property which is great because the hotel restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner so it's great that the centre is so close.

I was in this hotel with friends and relatives on the night of February 13. The view from the hotel is very beautiful, you can admire Goreme.Excellent location, the panorama is quite suggestive. The rooms, I would call them suites, wonderful, careful and comfortable. They all have their style. Some with a ground bathroom, others with shower, but all furnished in the minimum details. A wide choice of salt and sweet in terms of breakfast and of course very good. Strategic location for various types of excursions you can do, including the famous tour in the Mongolfier, nearby possibility to take horse tours or quads. Super recommended. Melissa

Wonderful hotel with amazing customer service !! I love this hotel so much . The receptionist knew that I am solo traveller this time . They suggested me lot of useful trips for one day traveling in Goreme town.like restaurant, cafe , sightseeing points.trip.com showed wrong check in and trip out time . I arrived at the hotel around 11am . After small talk with me, they allowed me to early check in . Not to mention that the hotel design is fantastic with very nice swimming pool . I jumped into the swimming pool this morning after finishing my breakfast buffet. The swimming pool water is very cool but it let me have refreshing morning. Thank you so much. Very sweet . I got the gift from hotel when sending me back to the airport and I will remember you guys -enthusiastic services and this hotel ! So happy to stay in here .

The most special experience ever. Kemal is genuinely a wonderful host, he is super proactive in making sure you have the best stay possible. We were gladly provided an early check-in even when we reached at 9am, the rooms were absolutely clean and splendidly done with cave decor. It was my wife’s birthday and the team was super nice in surprising her with a decorated room and cake. My absolute go-to place in Goreme / Cappadocia. If you’re looking for hot air balloon bookings, make sure you book them through the hotel itself, they have excellent deals.

From the common terrace you can see the hot air balloons in the early hours of the morning, and if you want to have a better view, just 7 minutes walking you can reach the ”sunset point”.

The apartment was amazing - just perfect for a couple. It has everything you need - a fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom & amenities were great. Lots of pillows & extra blankets if needed. The heating in the apartment was fantastic - in fact we never felt cold during our stay. Denis was wonderful and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Furkan was very professional and helped us book activities and transfers with ease. The breakfast spread at the hotel (2mins walk around the corner) was impressive and very yummy. The menu changed every day so you always got something new to try. We will definitely be returning - this was the highlight of our trip. Also the hikes to Pigeon Valley etc is a MUST - the views from the top were spectacular.

Also i booked hot air balloon tour from when i couldn't find anywhere else! (that day was fully booked and hard to find a slot at the day before 5pm). Because Yasar helped me for an hour to book. Room was amazing, much bigger than I expected, gorgeous and comfortable bed, clean restroom! one thing I want to request, i wish to have shelf in a shower booth! The location of the Youth Hostel is very suitable, go to avnos, uschair is very convenient. Breakfast is normal, but Green Travel can't count on any big meal. Very suitable for backpacks

I came to Kapa for a free trip. The family room of this hotel is really nice. The room is big with two rooms. The bathroom is on the second floor, which is similar to a small loft. It is very clean. The most important thing is that their boss is very handsome and enthusiastic. The boss booked all the entertainment projects we booked, including hot air balloons and ATV. After comparing, they were cheaper than the market price. He also booked airport transfer for me. The recommended restaurant is also very delicious. It saves a lot of trouble. I recommend everyone to come here.
