Truly the most disappointing hotel I have ever stayed in. When I checked in at 14 o'clock, I was told that there was no clean room. I understood that it was a holiday. I went to eat first. After an hour and a half, I came back to the front desk and said that it had not been cleaned yet. I had to wait for at least half an hour. This was intolerable, not to mention coming at 12 o'clock. Even if I am in line when I pick up the hot spring ticket and my ID has been verified, we can officially check in from 14 o'clock. Isn't one and a half hours enough? I would like to thank the front desk manager Addy for handling the complaint in a timely manner. Thumbs up. Secondly, the breakfast should be at Hanting level. Went there at 8 o'clock and there wasn't much. I wanted to add some vinegar to the fried pancakes, but the vinegar tasted nothing but bitter.
