Special thank you to Front Desk staff at Grand International Hotel，they are very professional and friendly. check in and check out is very fast and efficient, they also sent me a very nice and beautiful gift with best wishes. This is the first time I stay in Grand international hotel， the room is comfortable and warm. I liked the restaurant on the first floor, which was good and delicious with lots of Canton food, also the price was good. hotel is far away from Metro station，while it is very convenient to book a car or taxi in hotel by door man. Hotel has a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool which is closed in the Winter. The Spa is also perfect, I recommended it if you have time to step in. I never see a bar here but the lobby bar was quite and good for us to meet the suppliers here with some coffee and tea. I definatly will come back if I have business in Guangzhou

There is no understanding about privacy in this hotel. If you need to inform guests about you will check fire alarm - you can inform them at the check in . No need to send housekeeper to give me the paper when I already in the room and maybe I'm sleeping or having *ex with my wife. Even if you need to give me this paper - you can put it under the door. No need to knock like a crazy and ringing. So I need to stop what I'm doing and go open the door just to stop this crazy lady from breaking in. Also not cool , that after shower I need to wipe the floor with towel cause there is no rubber at the shower's door. Will attach the photos. Also why only 3 portions of coffee? We are a couple. So or you left 2 or 4. Why 3? Like we drink coffee together and than only one of us? From other point, guy at the reception understood my complain, apologize and offered us a bottle of wine. It's nice , but next time we will go to Jumeirah 🤷🏻

Overall is good, especially for the location. However, we have to change one of our room due to the smell which makes us uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was perfect, you have all u want with food from different countries like Japanese, western. We enjoy the stay a lot and will sure be back again!

From far, look for the mercure hotel. It’s in the same building. During this winter season, hotel turn off the aircon function and on heat mode. Do take note for those that can’t sleep without aircon. Some rooms can open window, for those that can’t, hotel will send a standing fan over. The shower tap function is design in a way need to turn on from cold water to hot water, hence the water is very big if u use very hot water.

Hotel was okay. Only plus point is shuttle bus service to canton was good. Staff was good always did their best to help. Location is okay if you want to eat Chinese and fast food McDonald’s and kfc are near by. No halal food near by. Metro is 10/13 minutes walk not 5 minutes as it says on their description but overall it was okay. Very big electronics goods market near by. Net was issue no room net working complained it never got fixed. They arrange a guy to come and give me sim car didn’t had to go to any shop.

We have always been staying in this hotel & always happy with them & recomend the same to others. However this time we were disappointed to know that they dont appreciate loyalty & loyal guests. Due to restructuring of Canton Fair there was not much for us to do & hence we wanted to check out early which we did but the Hotel Staff was very curt & flatly refused to refund this 1 day charges. It was surely a very bad attitude. It has created bad taste.

Hotel room air conditioning they locked the function….you opened the air con then only provided heat but unable to control the temperature which made me sweat all night…..l even paid for more than Sheraton but l can’t slept well and don’t have control for the air conditioning which is totally ********.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. If I need a small toilet seat to take care of my children, the boss even bought me a new one. I also got all the extra quilts I needed. Hygiene: Good hygiene and very clean. Environment: It is a mixed-use hotel, but there is no noise in the room and it is very quiet to sleep at night. Although it's very close to the subway, it's only a minute's walk away, but Line 3 is really dead, so we still take a taxi when we go out, and it's very cheap. And Zhengjia Plaza is really suitable for walking kids

When I came to Guangzhou before, I stayed in Linhexi and I was familiar with it. When I was looking for a hotel this time, I found that a new one had opened here and the price was right, so I wanted to stay and try it out. The International Trade Center is on the left after exit A of Linhexi Subway Station. The front desk is on the first floor and the hotel is on the sixth floor. The transportation is really convenient. Not only is there a subway station downstairs, but there is also a bus station next to it. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is just a stop away from the airport on Line 3. The service attitude is good and the sanitation is also good. The selected bright room is more than 20 square meters and has everything you need. It was the marble wall on the glass side of the washbasin that leaked. When I first moved in and entered the room, I put my makeup bag on the countertop and it got wet inside and out. Later, I asked the cleaning lady and she said that this problem did exist. All in all, it was a successful new hotel experience. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Guangzhou.

Facing the street, I thought it was an apartment building, but the office was changed, and there was a pungent decoration smell when I entered the house. And there is a house without windows, and the owner has no instructions. Both bedrooms are small and the corners of the bedroom are moldy. And the zipper of the quilt cover is bad, the quilt is finished, and the quilt cover of the two beds is like this. It is also far from the subway station and inconvenient.
