The most luxurious hotel. The service is excellent, the receptionist Mint小姐，is very beautiful, with a professional and attentive attitude, giving me a feeling of being at home. My room on the 94th floor is very spacious, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are very comfortable and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view. The bar on the 99th floor is a great place to enjoy the night view with a glass of alcoholic beverage by the window. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 69th floor are impressive; it's my first time swimming at such a high level, giving me a sensation of swimming above the clouds. Breakfast is a must-try on the 72nd floor, with a wide selection of delicious dishes and nice morning sunrise. This hotel is worth coming back to for another stay.

I felt their service attitude even before I checked in, especially Alex from the concierge department. He contacted me in advance to see if I needed to be picked up. He upgraded the room directly after I checked in. Then the shuttle bus guy took us around the hotel. The guy at the swimming pool carefully helped the children get water and towels... Later, when the flight was delayed, he was also very nice to help me check out later. There was service everywhere, and the hotel was super beautiful, very photogenic, and the room was large, with a super high cost performance! I have stayed at Park Hyatt and Conrad in Guangzhou before, and this one is the best!

The room facilities are complete, the service staff are of high quality and good service, and there is free self-service coffee at the front desk for unlimited drinking. The room facilities are new and the bedding is comfortable. It is the most cost-effective among the surrounding hotels. The accommodation environment and hygiene are much better than those of hotels with the same price. The service attitude is standard. The room is very good and hygienic. The sound insulation of the room is also very good. The room is warm. , the lighting is just right, it won’t make people feel dazzling or stressful, and the windows are spacious and bright. The hotel is pretty good in every aspect. It's very quiet at night and not noisy at all. It's a smart room throughout the house. Highly recommended!

New Hotel just 200m from the iconic Canton Tower, conveniently travel around shopping area & eatery. Some of the rooms can even see the tower. The hotel is very clean, and the mattress & pillow are super comfy. Very thoughtful Hotel to provide us with breakfast, afternoon tea & simple supper up to 10.30 pm. Every staff member in the hotel provides us with hospitality. Especially this lady He Shan,she really assist us so much & recommended us places for food.👍 👍 👍 If I ever come here to Guangzhou, this hotel is my first choice!

My time in Guangzhou wouldn’t have been the same if I hadn’t stayed in the Ramada Hotel for sure. The hotel staff were all super kind and helpful, all welcoming and making sure my stay was as comfortable as staying home. Housekeeping left small treats and complimentary beverages that felt so refreshing after coming back from a long day of work. The room was cozy, the view was nice even when not having Canton Tower view from my room. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Great hotel with excellent location. Staff was also very friendly. Only one minor set back was the little smell from washroom, probably due to facility aging reason. Overall a very pleasant stay. The location is very good, it is easy to find, downstairs is the bus station, 2 yuan tourist line, superb experience, take a 2 yuan tram to Wanshengwei and return to the Guangzhou Tower to slowly blow the hair on the Pearl River. Sitting on the bay window to see the squatting Guangzhou Tower, it is another feeling, great! Very good value for money.

Location is the primary choice factor. It is very close to Canton Tower, about 10 minutes' walk away. The facilities are quite satisfactory, there is a refrigerator, but the bed is very hard. The waiter threw away the unused toothpaste when cleaning the room, but did not refill it. The unused essential oils and cosmetic samples that came with them were also thrown away.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night while in Guangzhou for his visa interview. The pictures looked too good to be true with such a decent price tag, but it was exactly like the pictures! I wish we could have stayed more!!! The location is perfect for those who need to interview at the US embassy. It’s just a 10 minute cab ride or 30 minute walk. It’s also very close to the Guangzhou tower, which you can see perfectly from the hotel’s patio! The room itself was utterly perfect. Everything was clean and cozy and simple but sophisticated. Soft robes were provided, along with plenty of fresh towels and tea/coffee. The decor is modern, clean, and super well done. My partner went exploring…but I just wanted to stay inside and read and rest because the room was truly so wonderful to be in (and I rarely feel inclined to skip exploring a place because of a desire to sit in a hotel room). The only downside is that they don’t provide any breakfast options. There’s plenty of space in the room to order and eat food, so it wasn’t a big problem. They gave us free late checkout at 2pm the next day, which was very helpful with my partner’s interview. I wish I could have stayed even longer at this beautiful hotel. I cannot recommend it enough, it’s probably my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed in dozens! Thanks to all of the wonderful staff.

房間乾淨整潔，入住退房都方便。 視野非常好，能看見廣州塔，也能看見一點江景。 早上起來也可以順着珠江邊散步看風景，會路過海心橋，走到廣州塔也衹要十多分鐘。江邊有賣廣州塔模型的小販，8塊錢一個塑料塔帶彩燈，比紀念品商店的划算很多（不看價格，追求品質的請忽略） 白天大部分時間在外面玩，晚上回房間點外賣看塔景，簡直完美，非常適合親子游。 塔景漂亮，位置絕佳，房間舒適。綜上，我覺得性價比超高。

This accommodation experience was very warm: 1. I arrived at the hotel late. Xiao Xu at the front desk helped me upgrade the room. I needed a razor robot to be delivered quickly. The service couldn’t be better. 2. The hotel is very close to Canton Tower, less than ten minutes walk. There are several rice roll shops in the nearby community, which are cheap and good. 3. The front desk is very welcoming and the service is attentive. This is a very nice hotel to visit near Canton Tower.
