great place to relax, with spacious, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and some activities you can do around the hotel. Especially if you love golf, you will fall in love with this hotel. Super friendly staffs, worth trying

All Staff is super friendly and courteous. We felt welcomed. Breakfast is delicious. Some of the dinner dishes that we ordered were too salty and blend. The beef fried rice and eggs was delicious. Chicken wings salty. The air conditioner in the room needs some service maintenance. It has a loud noice coming out of it and was noisy throughout the night. The nature scenery is beautiful and refreshing . Though some buildings seems to need a bit of paint and care. Overall experience was good

Well decorated, beautiful landscape! but, heavy bad smell in non-ventilated room with heavy wood furniture that not fit to the high humidity in the region. The price it too high, especially in weekends, breakfast is not good. The only real advantage of this hotel in the location.

預訂的是國王雙床套間，兩張2.2米的大床，一家四口住非常舒適。酒店在九龍湖風景區內，天然氧吧，環境非常優美。酒店還有禮服拍攝、高爾夫博物館等特色服務，體驗不錯！酒店服務熱情周到，酒店房間不能帶寵物入內，前台灰色西服的小哥哥很貼心地找到一個房間安置毛孩子，點贊！一定會推薦給身邊的朋友，下次有機會還會繼續選擇這裏！

房間很大很舒服，山裡的空氣真的很好，服務員們都很有禮貌很熱情。大堂經理很耐心告訴我們有什麼園區節目。開車的潘曉東同志很熱情的服務，必須點個贊。
園區還沒有建設好，歐洲小鎮都沒怎麼開放，環湖路封閉了，園區的餐飲真的少的可憐，衹有歐洲小鎮的餐廳比較好，酒店裡麪的餐廳不行。家人都比較滿意，等下次建設好了再來。

五一來的，人不多，沒有其他酒店那麼熙熙攘攘，房間是歐式的，很大。明顯覺得中旅應該有做改善，每日的mini bar更新，晚上的糖水，還有穿梭車都做的很不錯。附近景區大到離譜，風景宜人。
唯一遺憾是環湖步道因為下雨都關了，沒能在湖邊溜達太多，還有就是去了三天下了三天雨，下次還會再去，適合假期靜靜心

非常非常棒的酒店，還有高爾夫文化講解，皇室服裝體驗，早餐真的多到驚人，五月份無邊泳池就開放了，暑假還想帶孩子來體驗。用的浴具都是科勒的，濃濃的法式風味，太喜歡了。前台超級棒，推薦的業主人均40，吃到扶牆出門，二樓的烤鴨，太太太好吃了，半衹168元，性價比好高，重點是，南方也有阿那亞了！好棒啊
