The frontdesk assistant was rude. Lacked professionalism Had to go to police station for police verification which I didn't like The building is very old. Therefore bad odor comes from the walls. I booked a city view with a balcony room. Neither did they give me a city view room nor do they have any rooms with a balcony. They have the least amount of food for breakfast. I hated breakfast. I had to take it from outside everyday. The toilet lock was completely broken. Had to complain about it over 4 times and after that the repairman came. No proper reception seating area. No open space outside each floor. Every floor is packed with rooms. I felt like I was living in a slum. The floor rag is very dirty. And many more... Suggesting to stay somewhere else and avoid this hotel.
