房間確實適合親子家庭，很大客廳和卧室聯通，佈置感覺賓至如歸，温馨愜意。床頭一個舒適的沙發，孩子很喜歡；窗子很大，空調安置在客廳左側，完美避開對着睡床；周邊環境離景點很近或者地鐵也方便，最近地口10分鐘步。
抱歉的是上圖房內圖片是入住後的，比較凌亂。

位置算方便，在芳村地鐵站出萬象城地下街一路走到底右手邊出口便是了，check-in等了很久前面只有一組外國客人，房間安排在十樓，沒有電梯，要自己走一層，我們拎着大行李箱比較不方便（預約是沒有說明），房間清潔一般，沒有內地電話上不了Wi-Fi很不方便！只能在大堂用Wi-Fi，真的有點麻煩！下午茶吃得很趕，由於酒店前台職員在check-in時用了很多時間

到店才跟我們説 雙床房在10樓。電梯衹到9樓。另外要爬樓梯上去。我呵呵。提兩個大行李箱爬樓梯上去。上去一看環境。跟照片簡直就是2回事啊

設施：老舊
衞生環境挺差的，與照片不符，浴室昏暗，地上好多煙跡，浴簾還有血跡，本來訂兩晚的直接退了一晚，想換房也沒有迴應

酒店房間設施一般，房間內裝修更一般，衹有大堂前台好看點，下午茶送了，挺好的，但是能吃的品種很少，去晚了連菊花茶，水果都沒有了，早餐位子少，人多，因為性價比高嘛，住客多，都是用搶的，特別不爽，周邊通地鐵的地下商街有抓娃娃特別坑人，放個兔子要掉下去的樣子，實際頭卡的死死的，我買了30快幣，都抓不下去……

設施：很舊很舊 上面都有灰塵
先來説説吐槽的點 第一，提前預訂好的酒店 節假日漲價能理解 下高鐵後三點左右 客房還沒有打掃出來 打掃衞生的阿姨也是隨便拖下就可以入住，等了很久才進房。
第二，隔音效果巨差，半夜有人笑 有小孩哭鬧 總之，體驗感非常差。
第三，早餐時間確實是7:30，來早了10分鐘 ，因為要趕高鐵，服務員態度非常不好 ，説7:30再來 語氣很不耐煩！
第四，雞蛋不新鮮 都有黴點了
圖片與實物差距非常大 500多住的酒店就是這種效果

已經住過很多次，大至上都算意滿意＇但今次房間真的太差＇冲涼水力不夠已經投訴過很多次，但都沒改善，最另我接受不到就是洗手間沒有門＇有朋友探我時非常尷尬＇浴簾又不夠長＇一衝完涼廁所就全部濕晒😒房號是917
