This hotel is location is very ideal (Literally outside the subway station). Room was of a good size although it needs an upgrade. Reception Staff was very unprofessional upon check in. We were asked to give them a picture of our suitcase which we never come across before at any hotel in the world. They also wanted a picture of our air ticket which was unnecessary. Would avoid staying at this hotel in future

一進酒店大堂就感覺很有檔次，裝飾很精緻，前台小姐姐很熱情，房間看起來很清爽，乾淨整潔，地鐵8號線A出口上來就到該酒店，出行極為方便、快捷，附近綜合商業體吃飯、購物挺方便，下次過來還住這裏，推薦！推薦！

出行方便 旁邊就是地鐵，酒店所在就是購物中心，酒店出門右拐過一個紅綠燈就是恆利廣場，圍着恆利廣場繞個圈的那些路晚上就是夜宵眾地，恆利廣場的對面就是萬民廣場 又是一堆吃的地方。

①承諾入住時間是下午兩點 我們準時到店 被前台要求在大堂等半個鍾或寄存行李；
②晚上臨睡前樓內突然出現電鑽和敲打聲 多次與前台溝通 一開始説不知噪音源頭 後來推諉説噪音來自隔壁樓（真假有待考證）我11點多打攜程客服請平台幫忙溝通 再後來我們房間座機打不出電話（估計是被設定了）我下樓請前台幫忙聯繫值班經理 在大堂“罰站”二十分鐘左右經理才出現 拒絕承認噪音存在 提出的解決方案是換樓層 但電鑽聲穿透力強 不是換樓層能解決的 我年近七十有基礎病的雙親平時十點多睡覺 最後搞到凌晨一兩點吃安眠葯睡的 一共睡了幾個鍾 一早又出現裝修聲 酒店方昨晚聲稱不知噪音存在是在撒謊 酒店經理和前台在與平台溝通過程中全程謊話連篇；
③房間不衞生 椅子上有食物殘渣 被褥不乾淨 半夜開始出現皮膚瘙癢症狀（圖①）
④床會自己往前滑 非常危險 請看早上醒來床的位置（圖②）
總之需要安全安靜衞生環境的人千萬避雷這間酒店！
