We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

Got an upgrade in parent/child room on 35th floor It looked fully renovated, fresh scent and carpet smell. My room was very big and clean and looked like I was the first one to use it. It had that fresh smell They could change the breakfast times to times and add more options for halal/muslims customers. Overall they have a lot of options in breakfast too Cleaning was spot on and location is very near to all restaurants and shops. Multiple Canton Fair shuttle a day to pick you up and drop you back to hotel Swimming and gym was also very nice I would use it again for sure but only if it’s 35th floor and above

Front Desk staff is top service, housekeeping lady that clean my room, thank you so much for the hand writing note.Concierge staff, doesn’t feel like helping traveller like us. I want to thank front desk for helping me and assisting on my request. Here are the major negative thing that i personally feel 1. Centralized A/C which is too hot even though i have switch to the lowest degree with cool high air. 2. Window too dusty as i was told to open the window if is too hot and stuffy 3. Shower top needs to change as the rubber tip turn brownish and water shooting from different direction 4. Breakfast expenses need to pay on the spot and not able to settle upon departure 5. Lift is alittle scary to me even though is safe. The lift have not completely stop and the door open. Overall, staffs is good but hotel is kinda old.

I got a classic room on 29th floor but the whole floor and room had a strong stink of smoke and mould . I complained about it to front desk and told how sensitive i am towards smoke and they were very kind to upgrade my room on 27th floor. Which was cleaner and bigger and it made my two night stay wonderful. So big thank-you to the lady behind the front desk. The whole staff was welcoming and helpful . They also helped me with food delivery putting address on my app and talking to kuaidi guys. Besides hotel is located in w wonderful area lots of touristic spots , great restaurants and shops/ malls on walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again and will make sure to have bigger room. Breakfast was fairly decent for the prices. The on spot fried jaozi were my fav though.

We stayed for 2 nights here. We got a smart room where we do not have to use the key card to activate the room's electricity. However, it took us sometime to figure out how and with the help of the staff. The staffs are very friendly and seems like it is run by young people. The toilet in the room is also very strange, not the typical toilet. The glass door is shared between the toilet and the shower screen. The basin is located at the bed area. I personally do not like the toilet. It is also a street away from the Beijing Road walking street and many eateries around the vicinity. The hotel breakfast were also good although its the same menu for the 2nights we're there. They even provide supper (i.e fruits and maggie noodles). For breakfast menu, do try the noodles soup and soy bean drink. The only downside to this hotel is its soundproofing. If your room is facing the streets, be prepared that it gets very noisy even past 10pm at night. There's even loud music coming off from the push carts downstairs. Suggest to get ear plugs from the reception if you're a light sleeper. It took me sometime to get used to the sound and sleep through the noise. I will only recommend this hotel if you're planning to spend more time at Beijing Road walking street. Or if you like the bustling night life.

Excellent location. Do note that if booking Didi from airport, the hotel is called 美居, cost approx RMB50-60 including toll. Room has smart TV, good shower and aircon. Passenger lift is often spoilt or very slow. When we checked out today, all 4 passenger lifts were not working, everyone in the hotel had to use the one and only cargo lift and it was chaotic and stressful for those of us catching flights. We were on level 15 and had to plead passengers to squeeze and make room for our luggages in the cargo lift, one of us then walked down the stairs. Staff 米朵was most helpful with recommended dining locations.

When traveling to Guangzhou, I recommend staying in a B&B. Yuexiu Longtengli is a bustling metropolis. Line 1 is at the door, and buses connect to all directions. Upon arrival at the hotel after the check in time of 2:00pm, we were told that the rooms were not yet cleaned but we were given keys to the rooms. We would expect to get into cleaned rooms without any hassle for a hotel of this standing. It was quite horrifying to go into a room that is not cleaned. One of the rooms had a heavy cigarette smell and that needs to be changed. We have reserved 3 rooms but each room is a a different floor and our key card cannot access to other floors due to security reasons. The room is ok but there is a stain on the chair and some cigarette smell. The bed is also quite firm which may not suit everyone. The hotel should consider enforcing a check out time that would enable them to turn around the rooms in a timely manner.

Room is very spacious, projection TV is great. However I felt if a Queen bed instead of King bed is used, would give a bit more walking space around the bed. Cleaning staff and check in staff are friendly and helpful. 2 in 1 Washer n Dryer is useful but needs to look into maintenance. It was dirty inside the drum. I ran a tub clean function and wiped down the washer door and seal. I then let it dry for a day before using.
