First off, the food quality needs to improve. Most of the food at the buffet for dinner was not edible. We found ourselves trying to eat just the pasta after a couple days and even that had a weird sauce on it. The breakfast was mainly eating eggs and French toast. We tried the room service, but the food was way over seasoned, and the burgers were nearly burnt. Secondly the mini bar is not even close to a mini bar. There are 2 of us in the room yet only one water. There were not even small bottles of liquor in the room, and we pay for premium. Next the room service was almost obsolete for our last 2 days. The next to the last day, our coffee was never restocked and on our last night, not only was the coffee not restoked, but room service never even came to our room. This brings me to the last part which is the service at the front desk. I called to get coffee the last night when nothing was serviced in our room and was told the person would be right there with the coffee. I waited 30 minutes and went to the front desk to get the coffee. All the night girl could say is what is your room number when I explained everything that had not been done and the call for coffee with no one showing up. The young man just kept telling her to go in the back and get it for me. I would say this has been the worst experience at an all-inclusive adult's resort that we have stayed at. The best part was On The Beach Tours (Larry), Theilor (bartender) and the bartender at the premium lounge.
