枕芯黃得要死，老闆也不捨得拿去洗，衹懂得套個新枕套，空調也不涼，吹了兩個鍾，一點都不涼，一次性浴巾收費的直接掛在衞生間裏，因為之前住的酒店沒有這個，不知道要收費，上面也沒有標明，就直接掛在浴室裏，還以為是免費的，收費也不懂在旁邊標個牌，一條像一臉巾一樣紙質的一次性浴巾賣15，放在浴室純屬坑不懂的住客拿來用

這個酒店有套路，衞生間牆發毒算了，還第一次遇到不小心弄臟了床單被扣50元，問為什麼扣那麼多，被客服告知説枕頭也臟了，好可笑，除非是它原本就臟。早餐也差勁！

開個房休息沒想到會這樣，實在太累了睡醒發現枕頭是這樣的！退房的時候跟前台説，他們説是染色，跟發黴一樣的居然説是我造成的染色！保潔阿姨還叫我拿枕頭下去跟前台説清楚，我説要投訴的時候前台還很兇的把有投訴電話的牌子啪的一下放我面前！

服務：服務態度不是一般的差，特地dis一下12號的早班態度非常惡劣，酒店前台服務意識淡薄，我到了前台，您好還是我先問出口的，到，第一次説沒有房間 好，我可以等，我出去吃完飯回來還是一樣説沒有房，我身體本來就已經很不舒服了，去吃飯去葯還放前台了，前台説不懂得理解客人？下了兩個單，第一個你説看不到，好我退了，我馬上下了另外一個，你非得讓我把第一個退了才給我辦理第二個訂單，辦理好入住了，我在接電話，你非得讓我先人臉識別才給我其他房卡，請問一下？酒店什麼時候規定了人臉識別才給客人制卡？我走過去人臉識別，結果理都沒理我，後面我男朋友看不下去了 你才説電腦卡住了 讓我等一下！退房了沒有及時給我退按金，過了幾個小時才給我退，兩點鐘打電話上來問我是不是退房，已經説了葯退房，房卡在房間，你們扣我按金？客人退房你們不查房的嗎？還是如果你們一個晚上不查房，就扣完我按金去？真服了 ，打電話過去説我不是當班的我不知道，責任跟踢皮球一樣踢來踢去，真不懂你們經理説如何管理的，體驗感真差！勸退各位

房間小，什麼都要收費，連瓶免費礦泉水都沒有，服務特別差，房費價格還特別貴，比正常100元房費的酒店都不如，是我住過的最差酒店，真不值，千萬別住這樣的酒店！
