The hotel's appearance is indeed grand and beautiful. It has large columns, shiny chandeliers and a huge hall fit for taking a great Instagram photo. The front desk staff welcomed us and quickly checked us in. Our room looked just like the photos, although I think I would have loved a room on the 8th floor more because it seems to have a patio. The rooms were clean but the room for the toilet could do with some dusting. There is an ironing board and iron in the room as well as teabags and a kettle. The location is great to ride a scooter bike to go see the Sun and Moon towers- it takes about 15minutes of riding to get there. You can also ride to see Ronghu Mansion in about 12 minutes. The hotel can arrange private tours or assist you to get on tour groups to see Longji and Yangshuo. We didn't use those options so we took a train from Guilin West railway station to Yangshuo. The ride to the railway station from the hotel took about 30 minutes and from the railway to Yangshuo railway, only 22 minutes at 78¥( in the Business class cabin). Guilin railway station is much closer to the hotel though. We had our laundry done but ensure that you indicate the items you want to get washed because if they do it for you there might be miscalculation which you might have to accept. There was a good variety for breakfast here as well. The dining hall overlooks the swimming pool. It would have been nice to have breakfast or drinks by the pool but they seem to close the pool a bit early and we aren't really allowed to take food outside of the restaurant but it was a good staycation. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. I would definitely stay here again

This is my first time staying at Mercure. I didn’t expect that when the hotel officially opens in the new year, it will host a dragon and lion dance performance for the first time. It’s really an Easter egg during the trip! I also gave the little baby a red envelope, and everyone was happy... Guilin itself is not a big city, so I chose to live here when traveling. It is convenient to take a taxi. It only costs about 20 to go to various scenic spots, which is very convenient! There is Wanda near the hotel. In the evening, the children went to eat ginger milk and play claw machines. Chunji Roast Goose next to the hotel is also first-rate and delicious😋

Come to Guilin for a business trip, the overall experience is quite good, the location is very convenient, very close to my business trip, eating is also convenient, 500 meters is Lingui Fenglin Food Street; the service feels good, the front desk girl business is quite skilled; Entering the guest room, the sanitary environment did not disappoint me, the style is normal business simplicity, the space is quite large. Facilities: It's in Lingui District, not far from the airport. I stayed here for two days and the service was very good. We checked in late, and the front desk booked by Ctrip upgraded my room for me. I was very happy. Because this trip was quite long, I was very tired from playing and it was getting colder. Basically, I didn’t go out on the last day and just rested in the hotel. There are not many people nearby, but takeout is very convenient. A family of three were lounging in the hotel. Cleanliness: The aunt who cleans the room is really nice and very enthusiastic every time. Service: The service staff in the entire hotel are of high quality. They take care of them enthusiastically whenever they see them. They also remind children to wear more clothes because it is very cold. I am very grateful to Miss Li Liying at the front desk for her kindness. We originally flew in the evening and my children were taking a nap, so I called the front desk hoping to delay check-out and supplement the room fee. She was very considerate and helped me coordinate.
