The lady was great. She gave me very useful information in regards to Guilin. The only problem was the lack of hot water. The weather was too cold and the shower was not warm enough. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The service was excellent, the lady at reception goes out of her way to assist. The room was clean and tidy, beautiful decor inside the whole hotel. The only bummer was the pool, its not filled up properly (they're catering for little kids I guess) so that wasn't convenient for us to swim in. It was an overall pleasant experience though.
