Overall very good. On the day of check-in, Hai'an had snow that I hadn't seen for many years. The store called me through the platform and said that I was careful on the road. When I arrived at the entrance of the hotel, I walked on the blanket that had been laid to prevent slipping. I arrived at the hotel at 22:15. There were five or six employees at the door who were still actively cleaning the snow and laying carpets. I was particularly touched and gave them a big 👍. The hotel is very new and the layout is very atmospheric. The heating effect of the central air conditioner is very good and it heats up quickly. The hand sanitizer in the bathroom is much more convenient than disposable soap. The toilet paper is very thick and the quality is very good. Disposable slippers are also quite thick. Breakfast is OK, although not so rich, but Chinese and Western food, There are also freshly cooked noodles, wontons and the like. Overall not bad, very cost-effective I will stay in Hai'an on a business trip again.

During the Dragon Boat Festival, I took my children home to visit relatives and chose the 28th floor in my memory. It was the first landmark building in Hai'an when I was in school, and it is well-known to everyone. The hotel has just been renovated in the past few years. The facilities are very new, the sanitation and room layout are very good, the big bed is very comfortable, the toiletries are complete, and it even has makeup remover and facial cleanser. Needless to say, the surrounding environment, the city center, it is convenient to go everywhere. The customer service Xiaoyan helped us deliver the luggage all the way to the room. I heard that the next day is my daughter’s birthday, and he prepared a surprise to be delivered to the room. He was really attentive! The hotel reflects the details everywhere, and I will choose here next time I go home.

The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, but I don't know if the front desk has reminded the guests not to smoke in the room. At least when I went to check in the room, the guest on the opposite side of the same floor who lived in the hotel smoked and opened the door to let the smoke flow into the corridor. As a pregnant woman, I felt very bad. And when arranging the room, whether it can be considered to avoid these poor quality smokers and stay away from the smoking environment. The sanitation of the hotel room is very good, the overall is relatively clean, and the hot water is also very powerful, but the air conditioner in the room, although the warm air is blowing, it takes a long time to feel the warmth in the room. I don't know if it is because the weather is too cold or The wind direction of the air conditioner can't be controlled downward or for some reason, it's not so warm.
