The hotel was newly opened in 2024, with new facilities and convenient parking. Behind it is the People's Park, where you can take a walk in the morning and evening! The Haoxianglai Western Restaurant next to the hotel is very good, and I like the food I ordered very much! The Zhengfanghua Dad Tea on the fourth floor of the Pearl Plaza diagonally opposite the hotel is so delicious, especially the Banlan Coconut Bun! We went there twice in the morning and at noon! The hotel is very convenient to take the bus to Qilou Old Street, and it only takes 10 minutes! The hotel's location is very advantageous!

Staff is responsive to service requests eg. Change faulty phone, rusty kettle. Location is good, near busstop and within proximity of shopping area. Breakfast is good, large portion we could eat leftover for lunch 😁

First, the hygiene of the corridor is very poor. The main reason is that the carpet is very old and stained. The waiter said that it cannot be washed away. It is indeed too old and looks very dirty. I feel disgusting. I wear a mask when I go in and out. Secondly, the front desk service, although polite, insists on swiping my face for authentication. They say it is required by the public security department, but I don't want to do it. Saying that is not possible is equivalent to forcing guests to swipe their face. , this is a serious violation of the ”Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China”. National laws should also be observed and implemented in Hainan. If the public security department knows that the law stipulates it and still requires it, this is knowing the law and breaking the law. As a law enforcement department, it is suspected of not taking the lead. There is no point in negotiating with the front desk clerk to enforce national laws. Why is it so difficult to protect one's legitimate rights and interests in Hainan, but a hotel in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province implements it better, and the public security department also notified the hotel that it is not necessary to do so. Face, why can't it be implemented in Haikou? ; Third, the sink is too small, even brushing your teeth feels impossible; fourth, the window is cracked open and cannot be opened or closed.

The overall feeling is very good. The hotel is right next to Wanghai Square. Park your car in Wanghai Parking Lot 1. Although some people complain that the parking lot is opposite, there is not much walking in reality. You just turn around and cross a small road and walk up directly from the exit. It seems to be possible, and the hygienic condition of the room is also good. When we checked in, the lower floor was not cleaned, so we directly upgraded the room to the higher floor. The reception desk also provided afternoon tea as a gift, which was great! When parking, remember to go to the front desk to ask for free parking. Otherwise, the parking fee is very expensive. Anyway, every time you go out, remember to register at the front desk before going out! It's free! The little girl at the front desk is also very kind!

Almost ok except my room the tv not work call housekeeping to fixed they fixed aout one hour and tell me not work and give me to remote stand on behind tv to select tv channel and til to mid light and no excuse but anyway to front counter staff is very nice to answer my all question is ok next time will come. Again.

The place is at the great location of Haikou, on the old street. You can find anything you want there. It is close to the electric bicycles if you want to cycle somewhere. The place is also accessible by car. The rooms were clean, the toilets either. There were shower appliances too. There is a coffee shop downstairs with multiple seats and electric plugs if you need to work. In the evening, the bar is opened with live music. The only downside was maybe the tenants who liked to listen to the Tiktok music or watch videos loud. But, compared to other places I went in China, it was a very minor issue. Recommend to everyone!

Stayed for a day and a night, always felt like sleeping on the street, opened the curtains and saw the window was not closed, when did the aunt open the window. The breakfast in the hotel is delicious; I will come again next time

Location is good with lots of clothing stores and a couple of small shopping malls just across the street. 5 minutes walk from the Qi lou lao jie tourist area, where there are also lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Hotel staff were very helpful, they even let me use their washing machine on the top floor. Room was clean and good for the price. Wifi was fast and internet tv had a good selection of programs and movies. 位置很好，酒店对面有很多服装店和几个小商场。步行 5 分钟即可到达 骑楼老街旅游区，那里还有很多商店、餐馆和咖啡馆。酒店工作人员非常乐于助人，他们甚至让我在顶楼使用洗衣机。房间很干净，这个价位很好。Wifi速度很快，互联网电视有很多节目和电影。
