He also guided us into the guest room and patiently explained how to use the voice calling equipment in the guest room. When checking out early the next morning, I encountered The front desk customer service Kiki who arrived also thanked us. After learning that we had a breakfast ticket and had no time to have breakfast in order to catch the boat, he gave us a souvenir. Very good hotel service, and the check-in experience was OK.
