The hotel lobby is eye-catching and elegant, integrating Chinese style and modern facilities. You will feel the splendor and atmosphere when you enter the red door. The rooms are small but well laid out and the mattresses are very comfortable. I just happened to check in on the first day of the hotel's opening. I am very grateful to the front office manager for the warm reception. On the second day, he introduced us to the hotel's design highlights and learned about Haining culture [laughing]. The concierge guy is also polite and very service-minded. If you come to Haining, you must choose Hualuxe Haining.

Very nice resort. I didn’t use all the amenities but it looks very nice. The food is not very foreigner friendly, specially the breakfast. Not many people during the weekdays so buffet isn’t available but the people is very nice and welcoming.

Make a suggestion, I am a Trip.com Platinum member, I can enjoy the function of living first and paying later. I still pay online first and check in later. But when I checked in at the front desk, the front desk lady asked me to collect my deposit. Later, I told him clearly before confiscating the deposit. Fortunately, it was a family trip. It would be a bit awkward to receive important guests.

I came to Haining and went to Yanguan Chaole City. I stayed at Xuandemen Hotel. There will be a housekeeper contact one day in advance. After the check-in, the housekeeper Xiao Zhang warmly received. There are elderly people traveling with wheelchairs. Xiao Zhang and the staff in the park will warmly provide help. The room decoration style feels very simple and fashionable. With some small features, will provide play suggestions, there are questions and answers, dinner is solved in the hotel, the four-person package is unexpectedly delicious, the dessert is also very careful, breakfast is acceptable in both Chinese and Western, the staff will greet warmly wherever they go! My grandfather said he would do it again when it was finished!
