I will give 5 star to the security guard. very friendly and helpful. Overall hospitality I still will give 5 star. Room is super big, clean and come with welcome gift - fruits. Got robot delivery service. Breakfast gots variety of choices. I recommend you take breakfast as the hotel surroundings don't have store. one bus stop station just outside the hotel.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone! From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. The front desk staff were not only fluent in English but also incredibly welcoming and committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless, with clean bedding and well-maintained facilities. The soundproof windows were a pleasant surprise—I was so close to the airport, yet I didn’t hear a single plane. The hotel also offers free airport shuttles. One standout feature was the extra touches with food: not only did they provide a good and delicious breakfast buffet, but they also offered complimentary midnight snacks, which is mostly Chinese food but still a thoughtful and rare perk. I also appreciated the flexible check-out time of 14:00, giving me plenty of time to relax before heading out. This hotel delivers exceptional service and value. Highly recommended for anyone traveling near the airport—you won’t regret it!

Location is a plus plus point ... it is just right in the heart of the famous Qian Men Walking Street, but at a quieter alley... Short walk to 2 mrt stations - ZhuShiKou or QianMen so it is easily access to almost everywhere Cleanliness can be improved, overall it is neat and clean but not for OCD fella... Foods wise, you name it, they have it at the surrounding areas... Do take note that cars are not able to drive in till the hotel lobby. Most drivers wil drop you at NanMen where the security checkpoints is and it is a short walk to the hotel.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful trip to Beijing, staying at the Beijing Xinqiao Hotel. This hotel boasts an unbeatable location, making exploring the city by bus, metro, or taxi incredibly convenient. Upon entering, the lobby impresses with its brightness and spaciousness, providing a warm welcome. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, with no deposit required, which is a fantastic perk. Our room was located in Block B. While it was just as expected, the cleanliness of the carpets caught my eye, adding to the overall comfort. One thing to note is that during the winter, the air conditioning only provides heating, with no option for cooling. If you prefer a cooler atmosphere like I do, it would be a significant improvement if they offered individual temperature controls. Though the room lighting was dim and the bathrooms felt compact, I was pleasantly surprised that the hot water was sourced from a hot spring. If that's accurate, it truly enhances the experience! The water pressure and temperature were excellent. The beds provided a refreshing night's sleep, and waking up each morning felt delightful. One minor drawback was the thinness of the walls, which meant that sounds from neighboring rooms could sometimes be heard. Despite these minor issues, I had an incredible stay, and I highly recommend the Beijing Xinqiao Hotel for a memorable experience in the city.

Nothing beats a hospitable stay when you’re overseas. The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly! They ensured you were well taken care of. The seating area on the bar side was super cosy and you got to have free coffee or tea to keep you warm. The hotel comes with free laundry service (+++) and a gym. If you fancy some entertainment, there’s a reading corner and a pool table. Whether you crave for outside food or in-house food, you have the flexibility to order a takeout or dine in at the restaurant on the first floor. What amazed me was the robot waiters! Amazing use of them!! The cleaning lady on the 6th floor did a fantastic job at keeping the room clean and tidy, and also super friendly! The hotel cares about the tiniest thing, even your low battery phone. I had a hassle-free access to a charging block. You literally feel like home! Thank you, Sanyuanqiao CitiGo. Jianguo Hidden Hotel probably has the best location since it is next to a metro station (Jin Yu Hu Tong 金鱼胡同) and Wangfujing. It really does make it easier for first time visitor to get around especially Beijing metro now accept foreign credit card. The hotel interior displays typical modern simple Chinese design with spacious lobby. Check in was smooth but my parents’ room had a weird chemical smell at first. Hotel was quick to find a replacement room and luckily the second room was fine. The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t control the AC in room since it was centralized. Since we came in late October, the AC was set to blow hot wind. Unfortunately, Beijing was still rather warm but we couldn’t use the cooling feature and had to open the window. It’s nice to be able to open the window but it was quite noisy outside in the morning since it is next to main road and also the pollution. Hotel offered breakfast but we found it was quite expensive for what was offered so we decided to eat breakfast outside (plenty of choices). We will definitely reconsider staying at Jianguo hotel again the next time we come back to Beijing.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore the heart of Beijing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a mix of local and international dishes.

My parents and I stayed here, thinking it would be great as it is close to a lot of the famous landmarks we were hoping to see. At the first check in, the guy who checked us in knew little bit of English and gave us two rooms on the same floor but away from each other… which is silly since I came with them, meaning I want to be near them. To the point they told us there were no more rooms and to come tomorrow. Tomorrow we were too busy to switch rooms, also they never told us at what time to come, only when we were already away from the hotel. The rooms were both very hot, AC doesn’t work, wifi very slow too. We both didn’t have windows, so as you can probably guess it was very stuffy. Apart from the closeness, I wouldn’t stay here again.

I got upgraded to the one above the tatami room because I had 2 big luggages and upon check in the receptionist felt like I would not be able to open up my luggage’s if I stayed the tatami room. The only downside is the room is really goddamn tiny I could open 1 luggage and the other luggage half open? But other than it being kinda small and cozy, the service of the staff made up for it. Always willing to help and greet the guests. On a side note their washing laundry area has only 2 washing/dryer machine although they have a butler service who will help you dry and hang your clothes which is really helpful in this case. Because also how tightly fit the rooms are, you probably will be able to hear things going along the corridor, so light sleepers beware. But otherwise service is honestly on par with 5 star hotels. I probably will stay here if my luggage is tiny af and I need a place to crash.
