The hotel is beyond what you can imagine! I was very surprised that the different types of amenities they provided and are available! I am definitely surprised at the drinks bar, really love it!

The hotel is around 15 mins from JR station no pick up service. The service and hotel facility are much better than my expection though most of employees only speak Japanese but they still try to help you if any question . The food also amazing and they provide the Reman in the late evening after hot spring ! hopefully I will have chance to stay in this hotel in the future.

很好的一次箱根體驗。預訂時還在糾結這家，從湯本站15分鐘（拉着行李箱還是有點小不方便）走到酒店那一刻起就開始享受了。 前台的日本大姐英語不太好但可以溝通，房間不小陽台有浴缸，可以邊泡邊看山水. 6樓的公共湯和私湯都不需預約，人少乾淨湯好，泡完還有冷飲和牛奶喝。 最值得一提的是酒店的餐食（推薦早晚餐），都是精緻的懷石料理，安排得舒舒服服，身心胃俱享受，但飯點需要預約並準時。 另外兩個樓面還有貼心的免費小食飲料吧，隨時享用，泡完來一杯扎啤，舒坦。大部分是當地客人，乾淨不吵。推薦指數-非常.

酒店離湯本車站約10分鐘左右，酒店服務員非常有禮，是一間非常棒的酒店。
房間內設有私人風呂，外面是對著小溪，環境舒適；酒店3樓更設有全天免費酒水供應。
早餐及晚餐非常豐富，一定會吃得飽的😋，還有宵夜提供
6樓有公共浴池，女湯及男湯；還設有兩個私人浴池，無需預約的。

看其他評論很好的樣子，其實是失望的。這算是一家有公共浴池（很小）的酒店，不能算温泉酒店。服務也不能與傳統的温泉酒店的熱情服務相比，公共温泉很小且有消毒葯水味道。晚餐有些一言難盡，主食是一份需要自己動手的壽喜燒…
但房間價格不能算便宜，性價比很一般，不是很推薦。
值得欣慰的是，房間有個私湯（大浴缸）泡湯就比較方便一些。
