The hotel staff at the reception was professional and friendly. The room was very basic, clean, qnd a new rest room. Unfortunately, the hotel set up gives it an ackward motel-ish feeling. The pillows were really poor, only a quilt and the room felt cold. The bed is good and firm. You hear all the noise from.other rooms (moaning, snoring, opening and closing doors...). I slept poorly. Breakfast is acceptable Bring your own pillow and ear plugs. I will avoid staying here in future trips.

Perfectly located- so close to the train station. Very clean- rooms could do with modernising a small bit, but other than that, they are perfect. All staff were friendly, we were given a map on arrival too, which was ideal. Would stay again!

Hôtel bien situé ! Il y a un super beau parc juste en face ce qui donne une sensation de nature silvestre et agreable . Probablement qu’il faudrait que on équipe de maintenance devrait être un peu plus éveillé sur les quelques petits détailles qui font la différences .

Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage und die Zimmerfenster gehen auf einen balkonartigen Flur, der offen zum Innenhof ist. Da laufen alle anderen Gäste an dem Fenster vorbei. Nachts kann das Fenster nicht offen gelassen bleiben, da jeder hereinklettern könnte. Die Temperaturen während unserer Buchung lagen Außen zwischen 28 und 30 Grad. Im Zimmer waren es sicherlich noch mehr. Gute Nacht. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen, die Bar ebenso. Zum Essen wurde uns ein Lokal in 500 M Entfernung empfohlen. Soweit Thema Gutes Restaurant im Hotel. Zimmer sind ansprechend und sauber. Das Frühstück entsprach den Erwartungen an ein 3-Sterne Haus. Freundliches Personal. Ein Plus ist sicherlich die verkehrsgünstige Lage. Vom Hotel zu den Landungsbrücken mit U- und S-Bahn in 15 Minuten

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig und zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Service und das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Für meine diestlichen Aufenthalte in Hamburg nutze ich das Hotel sehr gerne.

Jederzeit gerne wieder, jedoch nicht in einem Zimmer zur Straße, Wer es ruhig mag, muss ein Zimmer zum Hof nehmen. Die Fenster in meinem Zimmer waren nicht abgedichtet und durch den Straßenlärm war es sehr laut.

Ich war bereits das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Das 1. Mal im Mai 2023 und jetzt vor kurzem zum Jahreswechsel. Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und auch sauber. Zimmer waren ruhig gelegen und sauber. Einen Kühlschrank sucht man jedoch vergebens aber nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption war es möglich 2-3 Kleinigkeiten dort zu hinterlegen. TOP! Frühstück bieten eine akzepablte Auswahl. Es gibt einen Kaffeevollautomaten, sowie frischen Filterkaffee, Brötchen, Säfte und vieles mehr. Die U-Bahn "raues Haus" erreicht man innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten. Ein SUpermarkt befindet sich auch ganz in der Nähe.
