This time I stayed at an apar**ent hotel, and the front desk helped me upgrade my room type. Entering is a suite, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and cloakroom. The kitchen has a Siemens oven, a full set of pots and pans, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. It is also great if a family of three wants to stay. The hotel was newly opened last year. The hardware is very good and the stay is very comfortable. At the current price, it is relatively cost-effective. And the staff at the front desk are very polite. Every time they hand something over, they do it with both hands. They are very polite.

I booked a hotel at short notice, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The service was very good, friendly but not deliberate, and I felt at home. The front desk upgraded me to an executive suite. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and the shower room was super large. The air conditioning and hot water were very comfortable. The quality of the executive lounge afternoon tea and happy hour was also good. After I pointed out that the Japanese steamed egg was slightly insufficient, I was specially replaced with a fried clams, which was very thoughtful and meticulous. The breakfast was not only rich, but also of high quality. It felt beyond the general level of many big five-star hotels in China. The hot spots such as wontons, beef noodles, pancakes, and steamed dumplings were all very delicious. The Western pastries were also very delicate, and they could be packed appropriately. Except for Japan, this is the first time that China has this service. It is a very good service concept. Fruits are also kept in sufficient supply. It’s just that I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to try the Chinese restaurant. If I come to Hangzhou again in the future, it will be my first choice. I hope it can maintain good quality.

Hotel is quite nice, the front desk staff was great and will make coffee and other beverages if you ask. They also helped me wash clothes when I needed to go to the customs office downtown. And gave me extra water bottles. The breakfast was pretty standard, and there was never anything empty or undercooked. The main downside was that getting into the complex was a little inconvenient with the Covid barricades (take a taxi from the south entrance and then walk left around the barrier).
